The Enclave was in a great location, pet friendly, so friendly. Great amenities. !

Very unique hotel- the lobby was an art gallery and all the amenities were a lovely surprise- free bike rentals, pastries and fruit delivered to the room in the morning, complimentary wine and art in the evenings. And the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Older hotel, location is fantastic, but I would look for other options

They should keep up on their pest control problem. When I called the concierge regarding what I found, he was of no assistance.

Everything was so amazing honestly. We went here for our honeymoon and even though it was booked through a third party (expedia) they still accommodated us in a many ways to help us celebrate our honeymoon! They welcomed us in with a glass of prosecco and gave us a million different recommendation for staying in downtown Charleston. They accommodated us with an early check in and a late checkout! They also were able to hold our luggage for us while we waited for our flight later on after checking out. The staff was All so nice and assisted us with our bags and were all so helpful and the definition of southern hospitality! Would go back in a heartbeat! Hotel was so unique and artsy too we loved it! They also have their sister restaurants that they own and those were also amazing too! 1000/100 would recommend !!

What a cool place! So different than the norm. Super friendly staff made our stay very pleasant. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We really liked the breakfast pastries hanging on the door every morning! Looking forward to staying there again!

The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. A great beautiful property located within walking distance of so many amazing sites to see and great food!

Amazing hotel in the perfect location! Bathroom was spacious and beds were so comfy. Happy hour and art tour every evening. Continental breakfast on your door every morning was a nice touch. Front desk and concierge were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Staff was great. We were booked for the Vendue however we were moved to their property across the street The Enclave. Not the experience we paid for by any means. The art was nice and the building has character…however the room itself does not reflect the price point. The building also has low to no water pressure. My wife was unable to take a bath because it took too long to fill the tub for a bath. The staff apologized and said that it was a normal situation. Additionally our second morning we had zero…not even a little!!! hot water. There are too many other better options than to pay an average price over $600/night at the Vendue. Extremely disappointing!

And the SHOWERS!!!! Oh MY!!!! That was absolutely heavenly! If this hotel is in your budget, stay there. If this hotel is not in your budget, cancel something else so you can stay there. ;) I know exactly where I am staying the next time I am in Charleston.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location to walk to restaurants and sites.
