Great atmosphere.

There was some construction updates and they were to loud.

Love the location, the hotel and staff! Toilets need desperately to be upgraded! Very small and low to floor and the location of the toilets tissue is extremely awkward. Bed very comfortable! Nice pillows.
-
There are no refrigerators in the rooms, but the fact that there were two very large containers with water (infused with various fruits like blueberries, strawberries, mango, or lemon, lime) made is SUPER easy to stay hydrated during our recent visit. This was incredibly helpful!! The location was great. The bed was comfortable and things functioned well enough, though the faucets in the bathroom probably could use an upgrade (you had to move it just right to get it to turn off the water).

The hotel was good. Cleaning stuff never filled our shampoo since day first, until I asked them for refill, same with toilet paper. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, but not many varieties. Parking is way too expensive $43 per day, so we found another parking next to the hotel which is $24 per day. Overall I liked the hotel, it’s close to downtown.

Great location, clean rooms would recommend to anyone

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to area attractions.
-
The room flooded at 1am, with water rushing into the room through electrical outlets and light fixtures. Very scary situation, but their staff handled it very well. If not for this issue, I’d rate our stay with 5 stars.

Won’t be my first choice. Outdated hotel.

Excellent location. Front desk very helpful. We would have liked a refrigerator in our room, but made do.

Went for july 4th. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Clean, right next public tram. Paid garage is run by city. But attached for convenience and you are guaranteed a spot. Apso in ealking distance to many restaurants and sights..

The hotel is very well located in downtown. The breakfast is pretty good. And the pool outside was very nice. Big caution however, don't pay the $43 a day for parking with the hotel. The garage next the hotel is public and only charges $24 per day. Also , my wife got bitten by dust mites in the linens, but they're very good about changing it , and there was no problem afterwards.
