I wish there was a refrigerator in our room for any leftovers from eating out & storing snack & drinks to keep cold. Our room smelled like dirty feet, we meant to get an air freshener, but kept forgetting. I wish the tv had more streaming apps available. The first day we had no wifi, making is difficult to get some work done that I had to complete while traveling. No one let us know when we were checking in & we tried connecting in the room & when we called the front desk the line was busy. We went down to the front desk on our way to dinner & asked the front desk & was then informed it would not be back up until the following day around 10-12.

I've stayed here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly & helpful, and the location is great.

Air conditioner didn't work and our room was hot. The shower didn't properly drain either so we were standing in water everytime we showered. It'd be great if we could get a refund or some money back.

We had a ground floor room that opened to the courtyard which was nice. However, the room was musty smelling and AC did not work well. My assumption is that the ducts need cleaned and AC serviced (it was either a moldy or smoky smell) on the ground level, as my companion had stayed on upper floors before and said this was not the case there. We only stayed one night and were in a hurry, so did not want to make an issue of this or even take the time to report it as it was the only issue. The staff was very good and the continental breakfast great. The courtyard is every nice and the location is excellent - you are right in the heart of the historic district.

It was a bit of a bummer that not all the rooms have a mini fridge (be aware!!!), but the staff was very helpful and delivered one to us after we asked a few times!
