One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. What a beautiful hotel. And EVERYONE - the entire staff from the boys at the front door to the waiters and waitresses - were the sweetest. Big shout out to Kevin the concierge. His recommendations were top-notch. Will definitely return to Hotel Bennett during our next trip to Charleston.

Not cheap, however. Rooms are reasonably priced but amenities can be costly. We liked our room, but some issue with water pressure and water running through cold water faucet never really got cold. Overall we would recommend the Bennett/ provided you are not on a budget! Complimentary car service was a big plus.

Gorgeous hotel! Every member of the staff we came in contact with was professional, accommodating and an absolute delight! Food and drinks were superb. The Patisserie every morning is not to be missed.

What stands out, above even the beauty of the hotel, is the staff. Always smiling, they were willing to do anything they could to make our stay exceptional. The service was top notch at every turn.

The location is perfect for exploring Charleston, and the hotel itself has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and such a great place to unwind, especially after walking around the city. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. We were traveling for a girls’ trip and could not have picked a better hotel. From the beautiful surroundings to the amazing service and perfect location, Hotel Bennett made our Charleston getaway even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!

Beautiful hotel right in the center of everything! Food was amazing, room was beautiful and very attentive service. Friendly staff at the lobby bar and great service at the upstairs pool bar. Will return again!

Mostly everything - the property, the amenities; kings club, clean and amazing staff Pool closes too early; got a cabana and didnt get the bag or items that is suppose to come with it; thunder came and we couldnt use the pool for 2 hrs when we rented the cabana for 4; and the air sound is so loud and never stops

The valet/door guys were the best! Always made your day better by greeting you at the door whether you were coming in or leaving. Property is top notch.
