Mostly everything - the property, the amenities; kings club, clean and amazing staff Pool closes too early; got a cabana and didnt get the bag or items that is suppose to come with it; thunder came and we couldnt use the pool for 2 hrs when we rented the cabana for 4; and the air sound is so loud and never stops

The valet/door guys were the best! Always made your day better by greeting you at the door whether you were coming in or leaving. Property is top notch.

This was our favourite hotel in a 3 week tour of the east coast. We couldn’t fault it , maybe a bigger pool for our 8 year old! But everything and everyone was sensational, but I have to mention the hotel stand out was Kevin the incredibly knowledgeable concierge. He arranged wonderful trips and booked us into the best restaurant that I’d never heard of ( despite doing hours of research) it’s really opened my eyes to making sure I take advantage of concierge services in future, as undoubtably his knowledge and ideas made the holiday for us.

Not exaggeration to state that this was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Everything about this property was immaculate. Truly amazing experience. We would highly recommend staying here. We particularly appreciated the pool, and of course every interaction with hotel staff was wonderful. Very well done!

The guys that parked the truck and open the doors were awesome the staff was amazing and amenities were awesome it was a great stay and it was perfectly located to shopping and the concierge was awesome it was a great experience it was 4 in a 2 queen room with seating more than another space for us four great bathroom I would definitely recommend this hotel
