I think the overall appearance is clean yet quite understated. I’m not a glitzy person but I’d almost call the atmosphere drab overall Staff was great and professional Didn’t have time to visit the spa

The water pressure in the shower head was extremely low. The room service was going in at 4:20pm which was too late.

Nice restoration and good location. AC in the room was not adequate- it was cooler in the hallways. Daily parking charge seemed excessive ($58 per night). Main restaurant was closed.

that should in each room it is so good! The staff and the property are both impeccable. Breakfast in the "living room" is also excellent.

Rooms are small but well appointed. Large bathroom is a plus!

We had lunch in The Living Room on our last full day and after the waiter took our order, he came back to inform me that they were out of the dish that I had selected (salmon) and I went ahead and chose a different salad with shrimp. A lovely lady (a manager, I'm assuming) came over to apologize for not catching this issue earlier because they were down two chefs in the kitchen and advised me that they were going to comp my dish from the check. This was unexpected and very kind of the staff. Needless to say, the customer service here was impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and would come back here for 5-star accommodations and service.

Everything about my stay at the Dewberry was lovely. Friendly, accommodating staff. Beautifully appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Central location that made it possible to walk everywhere. Fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies delivered to my room at 11pm. Would 10/10 stay here again. The fitness room doesn't have dumbbells or strength-training machines -- only cardio machines.

This property was absolutely stunning with beyond 5 star staff and service.
