Great stay a few thing were not working but got them fixed asap overall a great place to stay!

No pool or hot tub like advertised. Ac didnt work well. Only had 2 towels for 4 day stay with 2 people.

I didn't even get to check in. No where did it say there was a fifty dollar deposite. On the receipt it eleven says only .28 cent was due at property. The hotel reception guy was totally rude to me even laughing an commenting about my unfortunate luckvThen kicked me out of the lobby while I was actively trying to figure something out an reaching out for help to loved ones. mind you this was around midnight. very disappointed

I never write reviews but I have to write about my experience. This place was horrible. The pool picture is actually at the Best Western next door and was green. The employee laughed and said they never have a pool. There was mold, bugs and spoiled food for breakfast. We checked in because it was late. in the morning I wanted to switch to another place. I was told by the receptionist that they had no manager on staff to okay us checking out early. She said we could leave as we were not being held captive but we would still be charged for all the nights. It felt more like a prison than a hotel.

I don’t think I have enough characters to write about all the wrongs. It smelled terrible, the staff was not very friendly, it was not very clean. They need to do some major renovations and be transparent about what amenities they have operating.

Nasty flying roaches and holes in the wall side door stays unlocked 24/7 and first floor is disgusting staff is rude and it smells bad in there dirty showers and ripped bedding

The room seemed clean but the elevators were gross, I saw a roach. The carpet and in the hallways were very dirty. The staff was awesome. But it could some updates to the facility!

The ac barely worked. I could see mold in various places. The ice machine did not work. We saw roaches.

Very Kind friendly professional staff

The property is horrific, everything is dirty! Soon as I got off the elevator to head to my room a roach was crawling up a door. The air quality is poor, mold and mildew all over the vents in hotel hallways. The door, elevator, outside/inside ground, carpet, walls, lamps, chairs, were all filthy😱. This place was so dirty I skipped a day of showering. Whoever owns this place, doesn’t give a thought to cleanliness. They need to pay the guest to stay there if you ask me.

The pool was inaccessible, so the listing was not accurate and was deceiving. It was a big disappointment, I could've found a cheaper place without a pool. It was also pretty muggy/mildewy smelling in the room.

It sucked! We’re local and they wouldn’t let us stay there! 👎

Good value low price but friendly staff and good clean room

Rooms old looking ,smelled bad, walls were marked up holes in them. Bed was uncomfortable and alot of road noise from highway infront of hotel.

The property was not cleaned to any kind of standard. The room's refrigerator door had something dripped and crusted on the exterior of the door. The bathroom pocket door had something brown splattered across it.... we wouldn't even use that door once that was discovered. The hallways and elevator had an unpleasant odor. In general, was not very clean at all. The breakfast was not good. My child tried all of the "juices" and couldn't drink any of them, as they were watered down and cloudy. I tried them as well to confirm. Also, the pool was closed during our stay, which my child was really looking forward to. I definitely would not stay at this property again.

Picked for the pool. There was no pool, been out of service for years. Spent hours on the phone with expedia to switch to another hotel.
