The property was not cleaned to any kind of standard. The room's refrigerator door had something dripped and crusted on the exterior of the door. The bathroom pocket door had something brown splattered across it.... we wouldn't even use that door once that was discovered. The hallways and elevator had an unpleasant odor. In general, was not very clean at all. The breakfast was not good. My child tried all of the "juices" and couldn't drink any of them, as they were watered down and cloudy. I tried them as well to confirm. Also, the pool was closed during our stay, which my child was really looking forward to. I definitely would not stay at this property again.

Picked for the pool. There was no pool, been out of service for years. Spent hours on the phone with expedia to switch to another hotel.

This property was a mess. No A/C in the lobby, check-in area, breakfast room, elevators. Giant trash cans were catching water from the ceiling, which was sagging, and they had towels down all over the floor. Pool out of order, business center out of order (mostly because someone's kid who came to work with their parent was in there, hanging out.) There is also a return vent near the back entrance where parking is and it was full of dust and black mold. The entire place smelled like people smoked in there for 25 years and just the last few have been smoke-free. Not pleasant but I am sure this also had to do with the A/C outage. The room wasn't that bad...comfortable bed, basic but clean. However, when I tried to adjust shower head it came off in my hand and I wasn't able to get it back on. Also, sink was backing up just trying to wash hands or brush teeth.

When we checked in we learned the pool was unavailable and were a little disappointed. Our room had strand stains in the shower and on the walls and beds had something along the sides on the bed skirts. Maybe from kids dirty shoes? We asked for a different room and there was nothing available. We contacted Expedia the next morning and they found us a nearby hotel to switch to and were amazing. I think the hotel is going through a change of management or remodel so hopefully it will improve.

Roaches lots of roaches. I felt bad for the front desk guy but im not to sure how this place was so busy. There was legit roaches everywhere

Lobby and breakfast area was hot , no A/C was working. Pool was closed. Air conditioning vents through building was dirty. Glass shower door hinge was half hang off wall from screws pulling out of mount. Tv remote had dead battery. Mini fridge would very cool bottle water over night , the control knob was broken off.

The staff was excellent, They were very helpful, pleasant and very friendly. They pool was shut down the 3 nights of my stay and temps of 94-95degree and the heat index of up to 106 . And it was very hot in the lobby, mattress pad and the mattress were stained

I will say that the staff was friendly even though they were working without air conditioning.

Between the hours of 7am and 10:30am housekeeping knocked on my door five different times. On the fourth knock I finally opened the door and asked what they needed and I was asked when I was going to be checking out. I told her I am checking out at 11am, which is checkout time. At 10:30 am they came back and knocked again and once again asked when I was leaving. So I just grabbed my stuff and left. I payed almost $200 to stay there and that was the last thing I expected to happen. Funny thing about it is that I didn't hear them doing that to anyone else but me. It's really something I can look past but if I can help it, Sleep Inn is at the bottom of the last resort list.

Staff was nice no air in the lobby, pool out of service our room smelled like musty socks and the carpet was sticky. This used to be decent place but not anymore

The front desk lady is amazing and so helpful

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. The elevator was dirty, and the hallways leading to our room looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Thankfully, the room itself was much better than the common areas. It was reasonably clean, and the beds were comfortable. For the price, the room itself was a good value, but the hotel as a whole appears to be in need of maintenance and better upkeep. The staff also came across as unfriendly, which did not make for a welcoming experience.

It’s old and dirty

Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. A good location. We were not aware that the pool was not available and that would’ve made a difference in our reservation. Didn’t sound like would be fixed anytime soon. No air conditioning in lobby or breakfast room the 2 days we were there. Temps were in the 80’s to upper 90’s outside.

The carpet in the hallways needed some extra TLC. For the price it was all in all a decent stay.

The pool was out of service. The ice machine on main floor was broken. There was a sign on front desk indicating there was no home service. Terrible stay!
-
Bathroom was so dirty there was cockroaches. Also there was no trash can in the bathroom and the whole room smells so bad. Ceilings had a leakage. Bedsheet had a period stain, it was a terrible experience.

The hotel was convenient to surrounding attractions. It was clean and nice. Emani the front desk representative was very nice and helpful!

I am really trying to look for a positive, but I also want to be honest. The hotel is not clean or maintained but worse than that...the staff does not care. I can understand that you might be short staffed when it comes to housekeepers but there is no excuse that there are no wash clothes or hand towels at 11:00 am, especially when there are two capable front desk workers doing basically nothing...well they were chatting with another worker on end. Lots of no work happening! Could not quietly use the business center because someone had brought their child to work and had them posted up in the business center all three days. Pool was not open but no notification of that when I booked. The place smells, it is dirty and the staff is lazy and less than pleasant. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!
