En general fue una estancia super agradable,el hotel estaba super limpio y olía extremadamente rico,las instalaciones equipadas con todo lo necesario y ni hablar de las piscinas que son una experiencia inolvidable.Estoy segura que regresaremos.

The staff is very friendly, all the facilities are very clean, there is a wide variety of meals You have to pay an extra amount even if you are already staying at the hotel to be able to go to the pool on the 8th floor, I think it is not fair since it is a pool that is part of the installation

The pool was clean and pleasant, making it a great place to relax. I also enjoyed the variety of restaurants and dining options available, with something for everyone. We came for the first time this past Christmas and decided we wanted to go back for our wedding anniversary/end of summer trip with our kids. Love it. Considering it’s “off season” our initial room was facing the a/c unit by the garage and asked to be moved. They were accommodating to move us right away. We were still facing the garage- not our favorite but the room was cleaner and the overall treatment by the staff was great. Unfortunately, the infinity pool by main pool was closed for maintenance but the main pool is amazing and we will go back. Now we know what rooms to request on our next booking.

The resort is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the only thing I think the resort is missing is probably a few more things for entertainment. I just found that the pool was great but we had to get out a couple of times because of the thunderstorms and nothing much to do other than eating, also not a big deal but important for me is that we had to leave the pool area without the towels and Im really cold most of the time so that part I didn’t really like it. Everything else was perfect and will definitely come back.
