I loved everything. The resort has pool toys to stay entertained. The resort was super clean. The staff were very welcoming, informative, and helpful. Loved it all.

Location was nice and convenient. I didn't realize it was a timeshare community, and an old one at that. The place smelled old and it was basic. There wasn't even shampoo a shower. It $200, that's bad.

Pool is great, hot tub is great, place is right across from the Charlotte Bay Live soak Beach park, very quiet, older neighborhood. It’s a little dark in the units- maybe a little more lighting in the living room or lighter colors next time you guys paint. Other than that, it’s fine. Everything worked, and it was great

The pool and hot tub were great. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The 2 bedroom unit was very comfortable and clean. It had everything you needed for an extended stay. We only stayed 1 night with our travel plans. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was very nice. The staff was great and accommodating. The tv didn’t get the clearest signal. A few things we had to figure out to work. We would stay again!!

Outstanding effort on Xmas eve to help when my $1,500 credit limit card(for online and phone use) was declined, and waited till I could straighten out that mess! This was my second stay and is now my go-to in the Port Charlotte area. It's one of the "best bang for the buck" I've found in years! Zip!

This place is great! From the quiet surroundings, short walk to the water and on site pool, everything was wonderful. The kitchen had plenty to work with so we didn't have to worry about always "going out" to eat, the space was perfect for our family and the peaceful area made everything well worth it. Nothing
