Four Points by Sheraton Punta Gorda Harborside

Parked right between two super busy roads. A few restaurants close by too noisy for our liking.

We picked this hotel because they claimed to have a free shuttle to the airport but they are in the process of getting a new one is what we were told at check in. So instead we had to pay $25 for an uber. Overall clean and nice with a nice view.

Stayed for a family member's birthday party. The hotel hosted the party and the hotel and staff were top notch!

Staff was excellent and hotel was nice.

The entire staff at Four Points was very courteous and helpful. Place was updated since the hurricane and well laid out. My wife and I loved the restaurant. Good good and nice prices.

The property and staff were orderly and presented professionally. The staff was very accommodating and serviced my room daily. The property and entertainment was quite enjoyable. This is definitely a facility i would visit again.

The hotel has very poor security. Anyone can walk into the hotel from the street from any of three entrances. After 11pm. No one was at the desk for service making for an when greater security risk. On my first night someone tried my door to see if it was locked. Neither of the two rooms first one on the second floor instead of view of the harbor for view of a very large palm tree and highway. Second room on third floor view completely blocked by giant tree. Though i paid extra for a room with a view of the harbor. The clerk was full of it as he changed me into two rooms one to low and partially blocked and second one for higher with tee totally occluding view.

Definitely from within !! The staff is not prepared to handle situations of the sort as all I got was deer in the headlights looks. Please be careful when checking in to this or any hotel in the area. Perfect area to scam unsuspecting tourists!

Perfect experience. My family LOVED this clean, friendly, welcoming, awesome hotel. Location is amazing. Staff went above and beyond.

Caution.... beware... there is not many hotel options in the area so keep that in mind. They seem to cater to an older crowd as well. The staff were very apologetic and I don't exact blame them but I was told after switching 3 rooms that the building had old pipes and guests often complained about water pressure.

Really nice place. Loved our room. Only drawback was that a shuttle to the airport was advertised; and not available upon check in. Great breakfast in the restaurant, and the coffee is free. Sunset boat cruise is about a mile away at Fisherman’s Village. It is a walkable distance along the water with beautiful parks and views along the way. Make sure you hit the Celtic Ray Public House nearby. It’s a vibe. So is the area outside by the Tiki Bar. Ubers were cheap and available as needed.

This was our second time here. The corner room provides more light and gives the room a more comfortable atmosphere. A lot of attention to detail, very clean. Food was very good, drinks were good, and not over priced. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The pool area could use a face lift, everything else looked maintained very well. Watch out for hidden destination fees at checkout, as they were supposed to be covered with the booking. Beaches were decent distance though. Would stay again.
