The hotel was very clean. The bar downstairs was awesome. Great location in Punta Gorda.

Chose this property for the night because it offered shuttle service to the airport however when requested , they said it wasn't being offered so had to arrange for an Uber ony expense. Also gave us a different room than was requested( an old tub room instead of walk in shower). Original quote by Expedia got raised over $30. Would not recommend this property. Also the pool was just average, nothing special considering this is suppose to be a resort property.

Late night disturbance on second floor. Young front desk girl sent to investigate. No evidence except ice on the floor in hallway. Surprised there is no real security. Also safety latch on door was broken.

Amazing view and well maintained. Friendly staff and awesome tiki resturant with activities right next door.

Everything was such such a high-end experience. The food was amazing. The rooms were amazing. I can’t say enough good things about it. Its location is terrific. They shuttle me to the airport. I can’t wait to go back

We arrived late and the Tiki Bar was still open. We got to sit outside and enjoy a drink after a long day of travel. Our bartender was very talkative and friendly.

Had a great stay. Close to so many good restaurants, and had to shuttle from the car rental at the airport, and then back to the airport the next morning. The staff was amazing. Especially Gordon.

Loved the location. Just a short walk on the harbor boardwalk to fishing, restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. Staff were great and helpful when our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1am

It was very close to the Tiki Bar which had entertainment The pool could have been a little cleaner and the pool furniture maybe updated. We were there the week the love bugs were there and that was annoying but no fault of the hotel
