Room was clean - bed was comfy - tiki bar was fun - I was there for my sisters wedding and was one of her bridesmaids - sheets were not comfy- loud noise traffic both nights - breakfast eggs were over cooked, staff was not friendly and took long to get service. tiki bar server asked if we needed more drinks and before we could answer she walked away, we wanted more drinks. pool needed cleaning and our scheduled shuttles were mixed up on the day of her wedding, which was extremely important to get the bridal party and several guest to the wedding venue I was there for my sisters wedding and was one of her bridesmaids -

First - The pool filtration system was not running. A lot of debris was in the pool. The inlets were not pulling anything in. Actually, spent some time picking stuff out of the pool. Second - On my final day the spa was not heating. Was about the same temperature as the pool.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was fantastic. Tiki bar food was so so but it was a tiki bar. The atmosphere was really cool.

Parked right between two super busy roads. A few restaurants close by too noisy for our liking.

We picked this hotel because they claimed to have a free shuttle to the airport but they are in the process of getting a new one is what we were told at check in. So instead we had to pay $25 for an uber. Overall clean and nice with a nice view.

Stayed for a family member's birthday party. The hotel hosted the party and the hotel and staff were top notch!
