SpringHill Suites by Marriott Punta Gorda Harborside

This property didn't have enough parking to accommodate the guests. That's awful. The was no signage on the front entrance. No awning to unload your luggage in case it's raining, in Florida it rains a lot. Customer service puts you on hold for a long time. Bad.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific. We'll stay again.

This hotel is by far my favorite place to stay in south Florida. The staff is phenomenal, the town has many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great pool. When it’s cool out the fire pit area is very cozy. Everyone made our stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, staff was wonderful, breakfast was better than the free breakfasts offered at other hotels. I traveled with 2 dogs and it was stress free.

Nice stay for baseball tourney. Clean rooms. Unfortunately staff didn’t make our bed one of the nights and that was strange. But overall a nice hotel.

Everything was clean. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful when we had to switch rooms due to a misunderstanding on my part. As someone who is gluten-free the breakfast had plenty of options for me. It’s also within convenient walking distance to many things. We are returning to Punta Gorda in the near future and will be staying here again..

The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold food, very tasty. There are many positives for this property. A tiny wish, the vanity mirror was hung like a picture. For those of us short people, I could just see my face.

We only spent a night at this hotel, but we wish we had stayed longer. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at! The hospitality was excellent. The front desk clerk, bartender, maintenance worker, and the ladies attending to the breakfast area were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend booking a room. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a quick overnight. MOD Chad was awesome at check-in and when we arrived back after dinner. Amazing customer service.

Room was great. However! We travel with 2 dogs that are very well behaved. They put us right next to the breakfast bar and cocktail lounge. Needless to say, it was allot of clanging, voices, banging and ALL DAY long. Therefore, my dogs barked. We've stayed in hotels for 10 years with these dogs. They NEVER bark. Had a complaint from bar patrons. Really!?! Ugh. Made my 7 day vacation a pain in the ass!

Very pleasant atmosphere overall, great customer service people. Tyler was a very helpful and welcoming manager. Rooms are a bit small. Marriott's WiFi sign-on is very awkward and pushes people to register for the program.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The service was excellent, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel was conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance of almost everything.
