Great views however that’s where it ended. The staff were awful. The service was awful. Went for breakfast on the roof top. The waitress said she couldn’t make a coffee as it required a pod machine and she didn’t know how to use it. Unbelievable really. On checking out we waited 15 mins and had to hunt for a member of staff who eventually was located in the bathroom ( by the kitchen staff). The air con was really noisy in the room. We weren’t the only ones to complain, there was a couple at reception also complaining and the girl was really rude.

Love the location for a staycation. Punta Gorda is very walkable from the hotel. Rooftop bar completes the scene!

Amazing roof top bar, great views from here. Big well kept room. Good location. Downstairs bar closed at 9! We just got back to the hotel at 8.55, and were told we only had 5 minutes, then charged $15 for one drink! Went to our room, and the tv had hardly any channels!

I was mislead by staff after I checked in , was told upstairs restaurant was going to be open when they new it wasn't so they didn't care about me and my wife so they lost a lot of business

Immaculate hotel in downtown Punta Gorda conveniently located to many restaurants and the boat ramp. The hotel is vintage and my room was absolutely beautiful with superior decor and mood lighting. The hotel and bar staff were polite and professional and catered to all of my needs. Definitely will make this my preferred hotel during all my future visits.
