Please ask for your room to be cleaned daily. It took me 4 days to get it done and even when it was done it was still dirty. Food in between the sheets. The management team came and they did an amazing job cleaning and rectified the problem. It was immaculate after. The food is not great. Especially Stretto. Very disappointed. Go into town. Walk the bridges. They do not have a shuttle. You have to uber or walk. Parking is free. We should have rented a car. Overall, I’m happy to have gotten away with my husband. Looking into properties in Punta Gorda. Go to the burger bar and the Celtic bar. Lainsley for seafood. The resort coffee shop is great. Use your passes for drinks there. Not just for the bar. And the shop is outrageous for items. A baseball hat was $90! Just research other properties or go with a group.

The bed was very comfortable, and I highly recommend the adults-only pool area. It was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. However, I do feel the resort could offer more adults-only entertainment options. There was a DJ at one of the restaurants, but the atmosphere quickly became more family-oriented, and some of the children’s dancing made the experience uncomfortable to watch. I would love to see the resort offer additional evenings or designated areas with entertainment specifically geared toward adults.

Staff at the pools and restaurants were friendly. The valet service was the best part. That team was incredibly friendly and efficient!

The is a beautiful resort with an amazing pool. Restaurants were great as well as a the spa. I think the big miss here is no other options for activities. No water sports… no game rooms…
