Really rude staff bathtub was dirty

This entire visit was so amazing the staff are super friendly and the hotel was spacious and very clean. I felt like I was in another country during my stay as everything was super amazing and unforgettable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice clean establishment to relax and reset as well as enjoy their amazing food and drinks. I could go on for hours of how amazing I was treated and felt during my stay

Great hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was paying for parking at a franchise that I’ve stayed at before and they don’t charge for parking. I could see if it was downtown. But why charge the people staying $10 a night when you’re making tons of money and 1 night of people staying almost pays for a month of security. Uncalled for

It doesn’t seem like any of the hotels nowadays check the maintenance of the rooms before booking them. I shouldn’t have to call the front desk about a sink backing up. They supposedly clean the rooms daily which means that they whoever cleans should know there’s a drain problem. These type mishaps are extremely annoying to say the least. Also, how about leaving more than just (2) towels in a room of (2) people. I’m a large man and need more than just one towel. Correct these type problems and patrons would have a much better experience at your hotels. I loved the gym. Clean, well maintained equipment.

Great, Would like to know what pillows are being used if possible, I have a bad neck and first time sleeping with that pillow I had no neck pain.
