Very pleasant staff had a good breakfast. Enjoy my day have stayed before we'll stay again.

The hotel double charged me. My bookings were paid in advance through booking.com, however at the time of checkin the hotel staff asked for credit card details for add-ons. At the time of checkout they charged me for stay, which ai brought to their notice immediately. I was assured by staff and by front office manager Mr Michael that my money would be refunded back. I got email from them stating the same. However till date my refund is awaited, It's been more than two months and the hotel staff as well as manager has stopped responding to my emails. Requesting booking.com to take appropriate action action against the hotel.

Overall I had a really good stay there. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The only complaint that I have is that there is a smoking area under the canopy by the front door and nearly every time that I was coming or going there was someone, either whether or guests, out there smoking and my kids and I had to walk through the smoke to get into the hotel. If that could be moved away from the front door it would make it more pleasant.

This was a great place to stay. The room and hotel were clean, the staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice to have available for convenience and had a large variety. There was plenty of parking available. The only suggestion is to get updated TVs so you have the option to sign into streaming services. That is the only thing I can see for improvement. I would stay here again.

I was told I could get a late checkout, but the day I was supposed to leave they told me it wasn't possible... So ended up working in the hotel lobby which did not sit well with me. Also had difficulty connecting to WIFI via tv for Amazon Firestick. Didn't end up using it.

Breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and everyone was friendly. Love how there is a convenience store in walking distance as well. Mexican restaurant nearby was awesome. Clean, spacious room. Helpful staff. Great location that's close to the airport, restaurants, uptown Charlotte, etc.

Parking was free and staff were helpful during our short stay, the cleanliness of the floors in the rooms could have been a little better and the snack bar area they have with drinks didn’t have a good variety of drinks to buy (no vending machines to use). However, other than that, the stay was fine!
