Was there celebrating a milestone and enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was really helpful with restaurant recommendations and activities. The hotel was really convenient to shopping, restaurants, the airport, and freeways. I loved how easy it was to get around from the centrally located hotel. The room was clean, the hotel was well maintained and overall enjoyed my stay.

Everything was as expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The 1st concierge could have been a little more hospitable. Maybe a little more personable and smile a little bit more. Just a suggestion.

On the plus side, breakfast always good, Carolyn is always so helpful and kind, seeing her makes a great start to my day. On the negative side, one of the two elevators never works, so busy times require a long wait which is frustrating. Also, housekeeping only comes every other day, we were there 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, no new towels, a real disappointment. It’s time to look around for a new place to stay.

One of the 2 elevators was out during my stay, so it took a bit longer to get around. However, it wasn't a large inconvenience. The indoor pool is a bit smaller than expected, and in view of the parking lot. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

Location of this Hampton Inn was great. Only 1 elevator was working was a bummer. Pool was not available was unacceptable for this type of hotel.

Great stay will come back for future visits everything was well 10/10. The only downside is the laundry room was unavailable during my stay but it’s all fine.
