SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Southwest

This was rated so high, especially on cleanliness, but we were highly disappointed. Stains on the sofa bed, most disgusting mattresses I’ve ever seen for a trundle, and stains on the ceiling, curtains, and walls. Many things were broken like the window screen, the light by the bed, and wall plugs. No towels by the pool for swimmers. Breakfast advertised breakfast sandwiches and Nutella for the oatmeal, but there wasn’t either and the omelets and sausage were cold. Just not what I would expect from here.

just said he would document it. Check in was lengthy and had to wait for taxes to be figured out since I booked through Expedia. There was human poop and toilet paper beside the pool in the parking lot. The lights in the elevator didn’t work so you were plunged into darkness to use the elevator. No conditioner in the shower. Booked a room for 5 and 2 towels were left in the room. Just overall pretty poor service and room condition.

One of the staff were rude . I asked her a question about coffee and she got smart with me . I had to go get help from the receptionist and she was very happy to assist me .

Recommend this hotel for stort trips. Breakfast was good. And clean rooms.

When I got checked into my hotel, there was stains all over the couch. I brought notice to it to the hotel front desk and she told me she was gonna have somebody try to clean the couches, but that never happened the next day when I leave my hotel came back later on that night and no one cleaned the room whatsoever so I didn’t even have any tiles when I just the issue. She said something about we were still in the room, which was false we were gone, but I didn’t want to put up a fight so I just let it go since we already had issues with the room being dirty.

Very modern room, quiet location, my initial key did not work and was reassigned to another room, pool was closed which was disappointing especially in the summer months!

No access to the pool area and the air conditioner was barely working

Thier pool was under construction which was very disappointing since this is one of the reasons why you picked this location? Or the second day, they said, they were gonna come clean our rooms and he never did it

Clean, well kept, nice area and quiet.

This was solo 3 night trip for a family graduation. This is my 1st time at this location. I was just as happy with my stay as the Carowinds location. My king bed suite was perfect for one person. The bed was comfy and big TV that swivels was perfect. Hot water available, room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I missed free breakfast until the last day- it looked decent (standard spread). I will consider staying here again.

Had a great experience! The staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating, the facility was clean, and I would definitely return.

Pool was not open and with small children expecting to swim, that was very disappointing and we would have selected somewhere else. Breakfast was very limited and in a tiny area of the hotel. Very crowded and selections were very limited. Nothing like the pictures listed on the website. The hotel was very clean however, we will not be staying here again.
