The hotel was clean and the room was nice. It was in a nice area. Keisha was very helpful and nice.

Loved the room layouts it is very family travel oriented. The pool was a bit on the small side but overall great stay.

Overall great experience and location near the airport as well as access to main highways

Only two things really stood out: the check-in clerk wasn’t very friendly or attentive, and littered trash in the parking lot. Other than that, the property was beautiful, the location was great, and the amenities were great

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, just Awesome!!!

Room we stayed in, the sink stopper was broke. So it would not lift up, had to try to pry it up a little to drain it. Did report to staff. So hopefully they’ll get fixed. Had to go to the front desk to ask for sheets and a blanket for the couch/trundle bed. Knowing I booked for 6 guests; room holds 7. I did ask for extra pillows and was only given 1. Probably would have been more comfortable if we had a couple more. But overall the room was clean. The layout of the suite was very odd and the tv position in the room just didn’t make sense. Breakfast was very good. The location felt really safe. We still had enjoyed our stay.

Booked a room with a trundle bed, however there was no matress in the first room. Went to desk, she had us in a new room in no time. New room was fine, enjoyed the stay over all for the time we did spend inside the hotel and not at the theme park! Huge plus to be that close to Carowinds!

Front desk staff was great. The property needs to be cleaned and upgraded
