Bartenders were great Room had many problems. AC didnt cool the room properly, the ice box in the refrigerator was just a solid block of ice, the shower drain was completely disgusting, and the room smelled like stale cigarettes (which i informed the staff of). I was also double charged, but they reversed one.

The location was good The air conditioning wasn’t working in the lobby. It was hot on the 7th floor. Room was updated but poorly cleaned. Room keys didn’t work. Had to do a digital key on my phone. Called that night to get a blanket for my son to sleep with on the sofa bed because we just had a fitted and flat sheet. The front desk said they were out of blankets! Not my best Hilton member experience by far.

The orange juice NO air in the lobby. Couldn't enjoy kick back. No sleep. Kids was knocking on the door and running. Room smelled like smoke. Bed very uncomfortable. I didnt get no sleep. It was higher to book thru Hilton than it was thru a 3rd party. Girl said someone would call, no one did..
