Towneplace Suites By Marriott Charlotte Loso Airport

Good

Good place to stay. Nice rooms and hotel. Just don’t know why you’re charged for a parking pass when it’s really not required

Bad

Very helpful, friendly and cheerful staff. Suite had everything I needed. Suite was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Shuttle was prompt.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, and my room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The staff was warm and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. I slept comfortably and woke up feeling well rested. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others!

First time at this hotel, I’m in love, super clean, everyone is super nice, and the layout of the rooms is really nice! Won’t be staying at any other hotel!

My room had an odor and needs allot of upgrades to help with quality.

Breakfast

Clean room

Overall good place

Clean room and nice staff. Easy to get to the freeway

Room very clean. Staff at the front desk were okay…got the feeling of not wanting to be helped one time when I requested clean towels. But housekeeping was amazing.

Smelled bad, needs updated

Great location for an overnight stay close to the airport!

I had left my.belongings called immediately afterwards staff and management played dumb for so many days im beyond frustrated never got my belongings back even stopped back thru since I couldn't even recieve a call back yet alone put in a claim for my property because front desk staff isn't eligible 2 accommodate anything but reservations and customers that are staying in the facility asked for a room couldn't get that either. The cosmetics are nice but obviously there's a thief amongst the housekeepers so be aware that they won't help at all when your stuff comes up missing. To this dey haven't recieved one call yet alone email text or msg otherwise concerning when promised by all staff spoken to that I would

The rooms were clean, the one bedroom is small for more than 2 guests. The property does not have a bar or restaurant. Overall a good experience.

Muy amables, atentos y profesionales todos los empleados, muy buen servicio. Buen desayuno. Comodas habitaciones, bien equipadas. Lo recomiendo 100 por ciento
