Sleep Inn Airport - Billy Graham Parkway

Shower dripped all night, could hear it even with the bathroom door closed. Floor had spots and stains. Some kind of white film/dust behind and beside the furniture. On top of that, I got hit with a $50 deposit that I assumed would be refunded after checkout. Wrong. So over all almost $200 for what I thought would be a $100 one night stay.

We book here because most of the other hotels was sold out or ridiculous over pricebecause we were going to the asha concert on

There were holes in the wall. The bathroom shower was dirty. The phone did not work. The staff was not solution-based. The breakfast was subpar. The bed linen was clean. No soap of any kind or wash cloths. I will never sleep here again.

Room was very dirty, lights were not working initially then needed to report. Smell like fish as soon as you enter in the room. Breakfast was reasonable, clean and enough. Parking lot was dirty, property definitely needed a regular maintainence for cleanliness.

Room has splotchy paint and drywall mud unfinished , broken pictures, stained walls, dirty old carpet, the door latch was broken and reported to the desk manager and he did nothing despite telling him that we felt unsafe. He claimed he would come and see it, but never showed up nor his assistant. Bedding had holes in it. When we entered, the air conditioning was not on on the main parts of the hotel. I reported to the property manager and it was turned on. Then it was turned off again when we got up the next day. Quite disappointed with the appearance and lack of upkeep of the property. The male property manager on duty was absent from the desk when we arrived and seemingly indifferent to our concerns. For the price of the room, I thought I would get what was advertised, but did not at all.

Awful! Dirty room, dirty hotel, dirty lobby, dirty parking lot. Pool filled in. Bathrooms next to the ice machine had codes to get in and there was urine in the floor at the ice machine. Breakfast was only bread and muffins, but given the state of the nasty hotel, we didn't touch any of it. Desk clerks vague and not helpful. No ice bucket in the room. Fork stuck in the drain of the sink of the room, hair in the shower, no vacuum has touched that room for a while. Don't waste your money!

Stayed in loads of Sleep Inns and they're basic but fine. THIS ONE IS DREADFUL. Stained beds, carpets hadn't been cleaned and were old and stained. Had to argue for water as the tap didn't work. And we weren't given the room we actually booked. Awful, everywhere else was booked up so we couldn't move hotels. Just had to get up early and leave.

Do not stay here! I booked in error *totally my fault-not Expedia. Nasty carpet, sink cracked, pool is filled in. They are patching and sanding some walls so there is Sheetrock dust everywhere. Bugs in the light fixtures. Lamps not working. Just dirty. I have itched since I stayed -all in my head but still…..only positive I can say is we had a brand new installed shower so it was clean. Was expensive for a roach motel

Poor all around. Not clean, unfriendly service, lots of maintenance issues needing attention. Beds need to be replaced-stained mattress sides and floors so nasty I didn’t want to walk in there without shoes. Paint peeling in the bathroom and shower pan cracked. Would never consider another stay there.

Este hotel no deberia ni existir lo utilizamos por urgencia porque la aerolínea tuvo un retraso y era de los pocos hoteles con ocupación disponible pero terrible todo allí, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Property was dirty, smelled and had bugs. There was no pool. It was filled with dirt. The staff was not helpful at all.

The smell, the lack of cleanliness, no apparent room service. The breakfast was not eatable.

Smells like weed , parking lot is sketchy with people hanging out in the back. No ice bucket and refrigerator and tv didn’t work. No toilet tissue holder. Loud music from guests across the hall. Didn’t stay the night. Counted our losses and moved on.

Place is a flop house. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! Unkept rooms and buildings. Place is disgusting

The room was clean but the elevator and the areas were dirty, the didn’t have breakfast

Host overcharged after I was refunded for the original reservation. Worst hotel ever!!!!!

The property was horrible i had to switch rooms 3 different times to get some what of a decent room there was stains on the walls and ceilings the bed was hard i would never go back the carpet was dirty it was holes in the walls it was terrible stay

There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and the bathroom door wouldn't slide shut. It was stuck
