    Conveniently located to where my event was No security horrible location dirty staff had absolutely no investment in our stay at all merely just collecting a paycheck

    The beds were comfortable and lobby was clean. The manager was not helpful to the new worker and rude. Red lion bought out ramada and didn't tell us until I called to confirm my reservation which they told me I was all good. When I got there they refused to check us even a minute earlier then 3pm so we sat in the lobby for an hour. When given our room we got 1 bed when it was suppose to be 2 beds. They told us booking.com did not pay red lion the money they took from us for the ramada so at first they were not going to give us a room. While walking in the hall we saw roaches. One big dead one. A bunch of homeless people outside in the parking lot all hours of the day and night.

    I didn’t like nothing. The ac didn’t work, the beds are so uncomfortable, there was c cockroaches everywhere, it needs maintenance, I stayed 4 days and my sheets and towels were never changed. And there is NO breakfast. The staff told us to go eat to a restaurant 5 mins away. And I reserved a king bed room and the bed was queen. NOT COMING BACK I didn’t like everything.     Save your money and never stay at this hotel. Our experience was absolutely horrible. The hotel staff did not provide any of the basic services despite of constant reminders. We were in town tending to the sudden death of a beloved family member and we were gone most of the day and night organizing their belongings and making funeral arrangements. We’d request the front desk for house keeping every morning yet come back to an unclean hotel room every evening. The phone and mini fridge did not work in our room and we informed the front desk the very first moment we noticed the issue, yet it was never addressed nor fixed during our three night stay. The sheets were stained, trash was overflowing, and dirty towels were piling up yet we never received any services despite of numerous nudges and reminders. Ultimately, we were provided a bag to take out our own trash and had to bring down our dirty towels and sheets to get fresh ones from the front desk. Mind you, our room was on the top floor and a good 3 minute lobby walk from the front desk. We had to make multiple trips between our rooms and the front desk just to avail some of the basic amenities. This was the last thing we expected to deal with as we were still grieving and organizing a funeral. The only reason we chose to book a hotel instead of an AirBnB was so we won’t have to worry about keeping up the room. Worst hotel stay by far so please do yourselves a favor and never try to book a stay at this hotel because they seem to not care about their guests at all.

    The only positive about our arrival was the friendly hotel staff. The cleanliness and location of this hotel caused us to not even stay. We checked in and then immediately checked out after being switched to a room that was worse than the first. Upon arriving we immediately realized that this hotel was joined to another hotel. We couldn’t even walk in the front door of the Ramada hotel that we booked but instead arrived to a sign saying to enter through Clarion motel. This property is located in the same parking lot as the gentleman’s club. Upon checking in we walk into a room that has filthy linens. We call the front desk to request someone change them and are told that they don’t have anyone on staff to do that and will have to change rooms. The second room has a moldy musty smell and immediately realize that this room is worse than the first one. Again the linens were filthy, paint and wallpaper peeling from the walls, booger smeared on the wall, roach residue on the fire detectors and the charging electrical ports did not work. We checked in only to immediately check out and were not even able to stay after driving 2 hours.

    The bed was comfortable. Poor lighting. We had to switch rooms as the first room we had reserved did not have a blanket on the bed. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly and just pointed down the hall to where our room was and it actually was way way down the hall and we had to take an elevator upstairs.

    Location from my final destination The rooms and the place look much better on pictures than in reality. Pillows too hard, not cable tv, not a nice bathroom.

    Unfriendly staff and charges behind scenes Bed sheets smelled weed, drawers had dusts, carpets smelled dog pee, uneven bed-I woke up with a back soar. Charge to my bank account a few days after check out. I paid for incidental and got it back a few days after check out but then a few days after that I got charged for incidentals again. I had to fight for 3 weeks to get my money back. They returned it after I said I was going to sue them. lol never seen a bad place.

    Parking marginal. Not convenient. Shared doors with Clarion. Elevator on first floor went to second floor but did not go back down to first floor. Had to manually carry luggage and stuff down marginal steps. No continental breakfast as was advertised. Staff said it was not being served “for now”. There was no WiFi but was advertised. Bathroom needed updating. Not clean. Beds very lumpy and uncomfortable. No complimentary shampoo/conditioner. Terrible service. Will not return.
