Everything was good

Spacious rooms great staff

I didn't like anything about this location. I didn't stay I left not even an hour after checked in.. The outlets in the room weren't working.. I was having issues with charged my phone, the bed sheets were stained, I found a roach in the room.. and there's alot of prostitution going on across and in the parking lot of motel also alot of homeless people living out the motel.. I left the motel.. and asked for a refund.. till this day I still haven't got it.

This place was horrible to say the least. There are vagrants camping in the parking lot and they roam the parking lots all through the night,making it impossible to get a good nights rest. The room was not clean at all, the bed felt gross so I slept very little but sat upright in a chair all night. Between the bugs and the campers It was notably the worst hotel stays I’ve had and I’ve stayed lots of places in many countries Everything… the elevator was broken and my wife has health issues plus we were traveling with our cat.

It was cool , nothing to special too many patrol officers for no reason lol but it was alright for the unexpected stay !

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Facility is in desperate need of some upgrades. Floors were not clean. There were so many people loitering about, some clearly homeless. I did not feel safe or trust that my vehicle would not be damaged.

We got stuck in Charlotte due to weather, we stayed here because it was available and affordable. Beats sleeping in an airport. There were multiple cop cars there when we arrived which indicated that the surrounding area is not particularly safe. Our room was on the first level so we could hear everything outside. There were flies around the bed and the room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The A/C didn’t work properly either.

This motel should never be allowed to be booked! We had a flight cancelled and hotels were full or price range was outrageous. Saw the pics on this and thought ok, a little outdated but at least looks clean. All we needed was a good night's sleep after a full day at the airport. You walked into the lobby, and it smelled like weed. In the room - no smoking signs all over the place but the room smelled like smoke, burnt holes from cigarettes in the covers, the tub had mold, was scratched and yellow stains on it, the bathroom sink was filthy, the sink cabinet looked so beaten up. I could barely close the door to lock the room. 2 cops were sitting outside when we arrived. This looks to be used by locals as long term living arrangements. We ended up just leaving and paid for another hotel. The health department should look into this place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! (BTW - I am not a person who normally leaves reviews even on good services but had to let people know how horrible this is!)

We could not stay in this motel as it was NOT AT ALL SAFE for FAMILY.
