For me, it's all about the A/C and it was great. Super convenient location and the room and bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and i would definitely recommend this property.

OK, It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's definitely a 5 star $100 hotel. Clean, nice staff, free breakfast. A great place to stay if you're passing thru Charlotte.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. It was a clean room with a comfortable bed. Nothing unique, just a good clean hotel room at a good price. It was convenient for our purposes. I wasn't excited about the restaurant choices near by.

Bonus: This property is within a few miles of the Billy Graham Library (which is a must go experience). This property was immaculate through and through. The young man at the check in desk was kind, respectful, attententive and answered all our questions. (Please check your staff schedule for the evening of July 1st to determine his name!) The lobby has a few different areas to sit, read, play games and had an alcove with a desk to sit with your own laptop. The area inside and outside the hotel felt secure and safe. The room was very nicely laid out and had a modern-style decor. Plumbing, lighting, all appliances, and the TV were in good-working order. USB ports are on a few different light/lamps including at a desk and in between the 2 beds. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The breakfast rotates every other day (I believe). On our stay egg omelets with a choice between vegetarian and cheese were available. Sausage, juices, and many "forms" of coffee were available (ie: latte). My husband got the food for me; I am not sure what other offerings were available. I would highly recommend a stay here and will return. Thank you. Go team!

I would have given a 5 star, but on the first night, as I went to the bathroom at 3am, I found a dead roach! BUT that's the only flaw: the room was comfortable and "clean", staff were friendly and helpful. I would actually stay here again.

Updated rooms Free breakfast (until 9am) was not available at 8:35am. Out of eggs, sausage, toast and regular coffee. Front Desk guy said it would be out in a couple minutes. Girl who worked breakfast was sleeping in a chair in the back. A guest started a cleaning cycle in the main coffee pot so that was unavailable too.The manager sat in the office the whole time.

Great bang for your buck. This property had clean and well maintained rooms. It was quiet and the blackout curtains kept it nice and dark for a late sleep in. The market by the front desk has a great selection of quick food items, snacks and drinks which was perfect after a long day of flight delays and needing a quick bite. Breakfast has a couple of hot items to enjoy and more continental type items. Would definitely recommend. Airport shuttle was also prompt and easy to catch.

It was good for one night only. An old best western with a little spruce. Small lobby. More of a motel than true Marriott brand quality. Staff was lovely. Air conditioning was loud and old style. CITGO across the street. Room was clean. Has fridge and microwave.

Great hotel stay for a week while i underwent surgery in NC. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was great as well!

Stayed one night because of flight delay. Easy check in and check out. Courteous staff.
