The front desk phone was not working and so the airport shuttle did not show up. And there was a bug in the room. Disturbing !

The hotel was close to where we were visiting. It has new paint on the exterior and looks like they tried to update the interior but… it’s still a little rough. You’ve heard the phrase “ you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig”. This hotel reminds me of that phrase. New paint job, some new paint inside over old rough walls. AC worked good and properly. Bed was firm but ok. Carpet and tile is old/dirty. The room, with the AC running was quiet. The surrounding area was a bit rough, would recommend using caution in the area. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was standard for the “free” breakfast. Best part of breakfast is toasting your own bagel and adding peanut butter. And finally, we can’t prove it but we think the gas was stolen/ siphoned out of our vehicle the first night we were here. The car was empty and fuel light was on when we went out in the morning. We learned it is common in Charolette.

Nice, clean, convenient. Friendly staff, good parking. Good breakfast. Understandably, gym equipment was limited.

We enjoyed our stay for the concert this weekend

We only had one complaint that we could W easily hear the people talking in the room beside us. They were not being loud just talking. Not sure how that could be fixed but overall awesome stay and we would use you guys again

For me, it's all about the A/C and it was great. Super convenient location and the room and bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and i would definitely recommend this property.

OK, It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's definitely a 5 star $100 hotel. Clean, nice staff, free breakfast. A great place to stay if you're passing thru Charlotte.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. It was a clean room with a comfortable bed. Nothing unique, just a good clean hotel room at a good price. It was convenient for our purposes. I wasn't excited about the restaurant choices near by.

Bonus: This property is within a few miles of the Billy Graham Library (which is a must go experience). This property was immaculate through and through. The young man at the check in desk was kind, respectful, attententive and answered all our questions. (Please check your staff schedule for the evening of July 1st to determine his name!) The lobby has a few different areas to sit, read, play games and had an alcove with a desk to sit with your own laptop. The area inside and outside the hotel felt secure and safe. The room was very nicely laid out and had a modern-style decor. Plumbing, lighting, all appliances, and the TV were in good-working order. USB ports are on a few different light/lamps including at a desk and in between the 2 beds. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The breakfast rotates every other day (I believe). On our stay egg omelets with a choice between vegetarian and cheese were available. Sausage, juices, and many "forms" of coffee were available (ie: latte). My husband got the food for me; I am not sure what other offerings were available. I would highly recommend a stay here and will return. Thank you. Go team!

I would have given a 5 star, but on the first night, as I went to the bathroom at 3am, I found a dead roach! BUT that's the only flaw: the room was comfortable and "clean", staff were friendly and helpful. I would actually stay here again.
