The room was very comfortable and clean ! The air messed up overnight but the Manager was so helpful and came to fix it!

Had a great stay. Only thing is the ac was unbearably cold. Couldn’t get it to switch to the heat.

The staff was very nice, my room was clean, but it didn’t look anything like pictured. You can hear people in halls and neighboring rooms. My room door didn’t seem very secure, but you get what you pay for so keep that in mind. But as stated before staff was excellent and just do their best to help

The parking lot needs more light at night time and a security guard present wouldn’t be a bad idea. There are too many strangers walking around in the parking lot at night.

Was my first time here & I thought it was quite nice but the AC was very loud or malfunctioning because made horrible sounds. I did not care to say anything to staff because I figured I would still be able to fall asleep but it was hard

Everything was great!!

The staff gave us very helpful information about using public transportation to get to a concert. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained; a great value for the price. Continental breakfast would have been nice; we only got coffee.

Terrible took 50.00 from my deposit saying the sheets had stains on them and I took pictures before we left because I know hotels lie to keep you're deposit! Will definitely not be staying at this hotel plus the room had a nasty smell

Beautiful place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was extremely clean, lots of extra towels. Less than 2 blocks from the train station.

It was a nice hotel for the price you pay. There isn’t really many amenities to speak of. The hotel was nice and mostly clean, they had dryers in the hotel hallways for some reason, our ac was very loud when on, and the bathrooms are very small, can only fit one person in there at a time. Overall stay was ok but feel they need to step up their amenities and overall feel of the place.

Excellent value. The staff was helpful, game room and bar, toiletries in the room, clean rooms, clean comfortable bed. Is it a luxury stay? Not necessarily. Was it so comfortable and clean and well priced? Absolutely! I will stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The front desk staff were so nice, friendly, and helpful!

Had a party with loud thumping music next to me all night long

Air conditioning was rigged with a portable cooler. It did cool the room but not the bathroom. The ice machines on every floor weren’t working which tells me they aren’t spending money on maintenance. TV was funky, Roku and they had to enter code to get local channels NFL games and not user friendly.

The pictures should be updated for the hotel & even updated to say “apartment complex,” as there were people stopping by the front desk to retrieve mail & more than 10 abandoned or permanent cars on the property. The lobby & hotel room was not only poorly maintained & poorly cleaned but had a foul odor similar to cat pee. The property didn’t have any security cameras, so the combination of of factors led to feeling unsafe & with the amount of money this cost, it was in mine & my husbands best interest to find another property to stay for the weekend instead. The parking in-site was minimal & around the back of the hotel was construction which possibly was part of the property, but we weren’t sure about that either and added to uncertainty about safety as well.

Clean room but wifi very slow
