Worst ever Wyndham motel. Totally mismanaged. It also hurts your good name & reputation.

Location, local guests were bad news, staff was okay but not welcoming

The covers and curtains and even the chair had burn holes in them. The fridge in the room was dirty. The coffee area was also dirty. The pillows had stains. The towels had stains. And when we were leaving to check out a big was on the bed.

A cheap stay if your looking for very basic. But still, run down, breakfast was terrible as they only had 2 options (muffins and bagles). The room and place is run down.

The location was close to bank of America Stadium The furniture in the room was old and dirty. The front entrance was painted over with grey paint making the surface very slick. It had just rained and we were leaving the hotel to get some lunch and my wife fell on that slick surface dislocating her right elbow.

Rooms need a deep cleaning. Walls pictures, furniture, etc.

Days Inn canceled our booking the night before our arrival and didn't tell us apart from a message that appeared to be a receipt except for the tiny print in the far corner confirming a cancelation. No phone call, nothing. You wouldn't even find the cancelation notice if you weren't specifically looking for it. We didn't know about the cancelation until we arrived at the hotel 2 hours before we had somewhere else to be in town and had to scramble to find a new place to stay. The staff was not helpful at all in this situation either.

There are roaches. Stains on the bedding and towels. The bathroom is cringy. I always had to go through the front entrance because the side doors did not work with the room card key. Just terrible.

I didn't like anything about it. The pictures on booking,com are of a completely different model. This place is a rundown Crack house and we had roaches in our room. Booking.com also said the pool was open and nice, this is also false advertising the pool was closed and empty. This is one of the 5 worse motels I've ever stayed in.

They should burn it down and rebuild with different management.

Disgusting No Filthy, roaches, broke door lock, fridge broke, mini tv, gross furniture, saggy worn out beds, sticky carpet, apocoliotic pool creepy overall

Location They changed the price from what booking.com listed. It took 3 keys to finally get into a room. One of the rooms they sent me to had people in it already! There was garbage in the trash can and no toilet paper. The sink burped when you flush the toilet. There was no food for breakfast The smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag.

Not a lot. Bad area. Location, toliet,towel rack broken, not clean. Pool long gone. Smell of Marijuana would choke you.

IT SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES IN THE LOBBY AND THE HALL AND THE ROOM. THE FURNITURE WAS BROKEN AND MISSING DRAWERS.THE TUB SHOULD BE REPLACED.THE BLOWDRYER DIDNT WORK. THE REMOTE TO THE TV WAS MISSING THE BACK OF IT.
