Clean room nice hot tub large enough for 2 people friendly staff

I pulled up and the fire dept. police and ambulance were there. It seemed to be a crime seen because the police officers were collecting evidence. They finally allowed me to check in and the room was disgusting. The tub was filthy, the rug was very dirty and there were roaches! I do not recommend staying here.

Did not get the room I paid for. The room I paid for was under maintenance due to a water leak. The room I received had roaches and looked nothing like the pictures they advertised. The breakfast is nothing but small muffins and old bagels. Do NOT go here!!! It’s a waste of time and money

Affordable and near the airport Mold in showers. No slope to keep shower water inside the shower poor building maintenance

None of the places The place is unsafe it should be torn down there is so much homeless people on drugs all over the place the days in on woodlawn road days inn in Charlotte NC are" SHIT HOLES BIG TIME".

I was a solo traveler and didn’t feel safe at this facility. People were loitering around the front and lobby. There was no lighting in the parking lot. There was mold in the shower. The deadbolt didn’t lock to secure the door. It was very noisy with garbage truck coming at 1:00 am

Bugs in room, no hot water

I had nothing but problems with the room and I got to switch four different times and the night man was really rude about it. here I am handicapped. he put me down at the other end of the hotel and told me I had to walk back The other end three times

Courtesy and I can tell they are working hard to improve thi installations of the property the give a nice and comfortable service Good job keep it up the good work and the upgrade of the property 👍👍👍

Really nothin Everything

Pool is closed, hot tub is private in room. It’s a nice place for the price. If you are scared of unhoused people it’s not the right place. Surprisingly bug free.

Yes the hotel was nasty

It was so bad to stay there. I paid to stay for 3nigts but I only stayed for one night. The floor was wet, it smelled musty, and breathing was difficult. It was incredibly stifling. It smelled of cigarettes everywhere.

Breakfast. Breakfast is included but they kept nothing to eat. They didn’t had even sugar or cream for coffee, the staff was normalizing it like that’s how they run their breakfast, they literally cheating with breakfast tag.

For the price the stay was good If I pay more, I would expect more
