Radisson Hotel Charlotte Airport

We had a great 3 night stay. Plenty of restaurants around the property and just a quick drive to the airport. Property was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable.

Nice staff. Location is really far from any night life. Best to rent a car.

Felt safe in the space but room and property it was a little run down. Was grateful that the front desk could hold my bag for me after check out. great shuttle service.

The staff was good and that’s the only thing. They ain’t have no blow dryer in the room….no coffee…just tea…my key card didn’t work three times!!! And no breakfast. I wouldn’t never pay almost 300 to stay at a place like this. And they only have one entrance which I thought was against the law but hey whatever

The in-room AC struggled during my stay, but in fairness, North Carolina Summers are a brutal adversary for any climate system. Our neighbors were noisy throughout the night, but the pool was blissfully empty through the day. For the price, I would consider staying here again. But, maybe I'll wait for the location to be renovated first.

The road needed work. Our air didn’t work the 1st night. Didn’t know they didn’t fix. Shower had no power. Messed up. Carpet piece pulled up. Kept stepping on the bare nails. No coffee in lobby. Besides road repair and outdoor clean up the motel needs repairs. Never heard of no service for three days, no garbage empty, no clean towels, no refill on your coffee pods. They don’t enter your room!!!! Disappointed. The staff was very nice and friendly!!

Property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

This property is rand as a batter women’s shelter for, emergency placement they don’t service your room like they said and don’t give you this information until you complain. We did not receive fresh Liening only every three days although we complain we were assured that we will have fresh towels, trash taken out, but did not happen. The management stated they could not do refund. It had to be given from a third-party. I learned from the third-party that it had to come from the property. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE

Pleasant

The microwave wasn’t working, and the fridge wasn’t cooling, so I had to throw away all my food. I’m very disappointed with how I was treated and believe I deserve a full refund.

Air conditioning was in poor condition

This hotel was not as pictured. It was in a bad part of town and there was no laundry as described. The room we originally was given smelled the walls had scuffs throughout the room and the bedding was wet to the touch. There was a power strip that could be seen behind the bed that looked like a fire hazard it was greasy and dirty. The front desk did get us moved to the fourth floor. That room seemed like it was in a different hotel it was much cleaner and more modern. When we asked the front desk why it was so much cleaner she said that floor had been renovated very recently. When we told them about the room being dirty she did get us a new room but did not seem very interested in our feedback about the power strip looking like a fire hazard

I don't know what you're expecting from a hotel that shares a parking lot with a strip club, but the answer should be "not much". There's nothing about the staff interactions or welcome that feels like it's considering hospitality in any measure. Rooms are fine. Gym is bare minimum, dirty, and dark. Feels like it should have been closed some time ago.

This location needs to be remodeled. Homeless people are near. The room smelled like mold
