La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charlotte Airport South

The room itself was in good condition. In taking consideration the place is going through a renovation, the lobby was bad and the grounds were filthy.

Hospitality was wonderful. I felt very welcome.

Even though under construction, it was clean and very helpful staff.

I did not like that the hotel had an odor you could smell as soon as you walked through the lobby into the hallway. There were baby roaches in my room crawling on the air conditioner unit. The carpets all through the hotel are clearly stained and need a lot of cleaning and care. My refrigerator in my room was dirty.

They need to close the hotel while remodeling

It was ok served the purpose of somewhere to stay.. wouldn't take children here.very tired also looked like they where renovating.

The room had at least 15 cockroaches in it. There was also odd staines. We took pictures and showed the staff. We asked for a refund and the staff told us they have a policy that doesn't allow refund. When we said we planned to file a formal complaint they kicked us out of the hotel. Also of note they had a health rating sign posted that said 75. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

The elevator was filthy and sounded like it was going to quit any minute! The hotel overall looked dirty. The room smelled moldy. The continental breakfast was pitiful. I won't be staying there again.

the staff were amazing beautiful people...however, the smell of the hotel...all the mattresses and old furniture outside with ripped open trash bags, caution tape and cones out in the pool area and the sheer amount of bugs and dingyness in the bathroom has steered me clear of this hotel in the future. thankful to of at least had a place to sleep.

Hotel was under renovation while I was there but overall it was a good stay. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was still clean as construction is going on and not noisy at all very peaceful throughout. It was a great location in the heart of food drinks and night life if you’re interested in that

Nothing! Roaches all over rooms!! And you refuse my refund! Everything , from the roaches all over my room, to the staff whose demeanor changed when I asked for my money back after providing proof of roaches in room.

Staff was great the hotel needs to be knocked down and start over I know y'all remodeling but it needs to be knocked down air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air y'all have roaches and the carpet was nasty and a worker let a man came in my room like didn't check and see he stay in the room just let him in cause his key wasn't working and that's another thing my key wasn't working had to go back downstairs to get them to reactive it just wasn't a pleasant stay for me will not return or suggest anyone to stay there
