Air conditioning was horrible.. feel sick

The property clearly needs updating and some mold abatement. There is visible mold in the rooms, the hallways. They room keys became invalidated sitting on the dresser no where near a cellphone or other kinds of cards. It was affordable tho.

Good clean room and great breakfast

Found a used needle filled with blood under the mattress. Hotel front desk was no help only offered to send someone up to “help”. Hotel was dirty, hot, dirty, unsanitary, unsafe.

Right after checking in, I went up to my room. I was not satisfied with the room, so I went back downstairs and politely asked if I could be moved to a different one. The front desk employee told me she had only been working there for 45 days and said she could not accommodate my request. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. She was rude throughout the interaction. I handed her my room keys while trying to resolve the situation, but instead of helping, she became combative and kept my keys, preventing me from returning to my room. As a result, I had to leave the hotel even though I had already paid for a one-night stay and a $100 deposit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Awful. Mold everywhere. The room AND the lobby were hotter than hell. -00/1000. Hard pass.

The room was clean however the rest of the property was very went down and hot, the air-conditioning did not work in the main building. None of the ice machines worked, the fridge in the room did not work the Wi-Fi never worked there was no Internet connection for the entire stay. The bed was very comfortable and clean however and the room was very clean and the staff was nice but unable to help with all of the problems. Overall we enjoyed our stay for a one night concert but having no Internet or Wi-Fi connection made it impossible in the area to even use our phone for information about oir concert and contacting Uber was very difficult because the cell towers in the area were overrun with so many people. I had to go to my car to get Wifi.

Long wait times to speak to front desk at all times other staff was not helpful. Power went out in hotel with no explanation.

The whole property is out of date. Stains on the floors, paint chipping off doors. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes checking in before anyone helped me.

The toilet was broke. The room was dirty abd the pool was not working. I cancelled my room as soon as I arrived

The carpets were filthy. Room/bathroom need TLC. The staff was friendly and helpful.

the room was so dirty black mold on ceiling of our room 407 don’t stay there! I’m pretty sure they use this hotel to house the un housed! to tired from traveling all day or we would of left! I did check bed for bed bugs!! and no evidence! DO NOT stay here!!! its cheap for a reason!!!

Will never stay at this property again. Stinks so bad. Besides carpet being dirty the piss smell was alot. Breakfast is horrible. Not happy at all

Hotel is doing renovations but we had a good time. Front desk clerk made my day. She worked the second shift. She knows who she is.

A great stay would definitely recommend.
