Was unable to stay due to sold out when I arrived.

The bed sheets were dirty and the office was closed by the time we found out. There was a stain, hair and possibly crumbs in the crumpled sheets

The staff was friendly. The breakfast items were stale. Need to get a fresh batch of grab and go breakfast items. The room was clean. Plenty of parking.

The only good thing I can say is that the night clerk was very nice and accommodating. It was obvious he felt bad about the situation. He even offered to clean the room himself. I did not want him to because I felt more comfortable doing it myself, but it was kind of him to offer. The room was not cleaned between the person and me before I arrived. The bed sheets had hair and dirt on them; one of the pillows did not even have a pillowcase. The bathroom was gross. There was dried urine on the toilet seat, blood in the sink, and the shower was dirty with hair and scum. I was so tired when I arrived; I only wanted to sleep, but instead I was asked to bring the sheets downstairs and given new ones to make the bed myself. The dust on the counters and in the bathroom was so bad that I had to clean the room before I could rest. The clerk was very nice and offered to clean the room for me, but I felt like the only way I could know it was clean was to do it myself. I was given a rag and some cleaner, and I could clean the room. I showed the clerk the filthy rag, and he agreed it was bad and said, "It looks like they did not even clean that room."Before check-out, I even discovered a bloody gauze. The morning clerk did not believe me until I showed him. Once he saw it, he recoiled and said, "Eww". This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. I could not rest. I was more exhausted when I left than when I arrived. I did not eat breakfast because I did not trust the establishment's cleanliness. I will never stay here again, or at any other Extended Stay America Suites.

Disgustingly dirty u didn’t even stay I paid the night and couldn’t stand to even stay. The bathroom DISGUSTING THE ROOM DISGUSTING

How quiet and secluded the area was and the workers were very nice the bathroom was not the cleanest
