Love the stay and the staff just wish they cleaned up for you while your there when you leave out, instead of waiting for check out, but other than that great stay! It was clean and the bed was super comfortable The air conditioner wasn’t working in our room so it was super hot and they couldn’t move us.
-
It was conveniently located. The room was fairly clean except the sleeper sofa in room 215. It had food crumbs and mold under the cushions, so we wasn't able to use it to sleep on. The children just piled up in the queen bed.

Sam on reception was exceptional. Breakfast was filling. Bed was comfy. The fridge was appreciated. Clean and tidy room. Far too much plastic and paper waste at breakfast. Coffee and water cups individually wrapped are not needed. Ceramic cups and plates should be used. Carpeting in communal areas needed a steam clean. Busy road to cross on foot.

We loved our stay! Thank you!
