Great! Environment and location. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great. The staff and the front desk were awesome 💯

I was satisfied with all the amenities.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, however, the pool was green and closed for maintenance and the breakfast was average but they had signs all over and people watching you so you wouldn’t take food to your room. My boys, who didn’t wanna come down for breakfast, weren’t able to get anything to eat since we couldn’t bring anything back up to the room for them.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated not having to worry about finding a spot. Breakfast was fresh, had a good variety of options, and was a nice way to start the day. Overall, the staff provided good service, and the entire experience was pleasant. I would consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. 7.4/10 stars!

I checked into the hotel after 2 different hotel rooms being dirty finally the 3rd hotel room was clean at 10pm

The room was very clean and well kept very neat. I had breakfast one morning. It was not too bad. They do have different things for different days. They always have waffles bagels and bread. I sure didn’t need that air-conditioning this week. That was awesome. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This Best Western locations seems to have gone down hill over the past year. I have stayed here several times over the past several years and notice it declining.

Same room as last trip, not as well maintained & one of the 2 tv's is missing but still very pleased with this location

Staff is not friendly… drove 14 hrs from another state and when I arrived the guy at the front did not even greet me just slid my cards to me…. The pool was cloudy n not clean and my room was not stocked with towels or washcloths

We were hoping to swim in the pool, but when we got there, we saw that is was green and we couldn't swim in it.

I've never left a review for a hotel before, but wanted to in this case. We booked this hotel on Expedia where it had a 7.8 score. We were only staying 1 night and wanted something cheap and simple. This hotel fit that, but it wasn't very clean. This is the number one thing I want from a hotel. The lobby seemed fine, but the hallways and our room carpets had different color stains all over them. In the hallways there were random bits of small trash, like it hadn't been swept in a while. In our room, there was a pinkish spot on our top blanket that looked like maybe melted candy or something. The next blanket had another small stain on it. There was small spots of color on some of the walls, like they hadn't been wiped down in a while. The room had a weird smell to it. A lot of other places in the hotel smelled like weed. When we tried to adjust the blinds, they fell off completely. And in the morning, there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Besides cleanliness the hotel was okay. Staff was fine. Good location. We enjoyed nearby Spare Time Entertainment venue. AC in the room worked well. Decent coffee and breakfast. Pool was closed. Good price.

Staff was VERY rude. Staff was very unwelcoming to the guest. There was no house keeping staff, rooms didn’t have towing or rags. You had to go to the desk to ask for towels. Rooms were very unprepared for guest. Tubs were stained. There was no air conditioning in the halls nor elavatotors. I don’t recommend this hotel anyone at all.

The staff was great and accommodating pool cleaned daily and breakfast as well as the espresso machine was a hiccup and close to everything thanks for having me.
