All was good

Good location, easy check-in and room was clean and cozy.

The front desk clerks are superb. The selection of breakfast food was decent. Variety of fruits offered is a plus. The cleaning crew need to be more mindful. The cleaner assigned to our room only took the dirty towels but forgot to make the bed, clear out the trash and vacuum.

Location was great. Really like that they had a walking/running/bike trail right across the street. Staff friendly but the property is a little dated but pretty well maintained.

Staff was excellent and went out of their way to ensure communication with Expedia when my room type wasn’t available. The common areas and room were very clean. The fridge cabinet was lopsided and the first floor room had a slight musty smell, but linens/floor/bath were very well cleaned. Great bath towels too! Good location near the hospital and walking trails.

It was okay but this would not be a place that I would come back for a second time

Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Love that the checkout time is 12 pm. No problems with checking in late at night. Awesome and well provisioned breakfast. There were sausages and eggs waffles milk cereal breakfast breads

Overall a very nice place to stay. I will come back in my return trips!

The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk host, whom I believe was named Melissa. She was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with recommendations for places to visit around town. After a long and trying flight, her kindness and positive attitude made such a great first impression. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

It was right across from a jogging/bike path, beautiful scenery with the trees and open space. The place was clean breakfast was really good It’s nothing I didn’t like besides the black women to checked me in, other then that beautiful property

Room was nice and clean. Hallways and elevators were clean and inviting. Breakfast was good as always and the people on shift were super nice and helpful We have stayed here several years in a row while traveling to Myrtle beach. It is 1/2 way from our home and price is very good Mattresses use to be thick and fluffy. Couldn’t wait to get here to enjoy a good nights sleep. They are so cheap Now that they have put in cheap mattresses makes a huge difference in the stay. Please go back to the mattresses you had before
