Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte/Pineville

It was an excellent place. The place is so nearby to almost everything.

Very clean, helpful stay. We really enjoyed our stay!

Easy to get in and out. Plenty of safe parking. Very spacious. Good value.

Overall stay was good. Reported microwave not working in room and nothing was done. I removed microwave from where it was plugged in to the outlet on the counter and it worked. Reported about outlets and USB outlets weren't working in certain areas of the room. No phone in room was reported. Just don't write things down, try to accommodate. I understand not being able to fix some things until the room was empty. But we were gone for hours majority of the day. I would stay here again and hopefully I won't have these issues.

They appeared to be understaffed and the room service individual did not knock BEFORE entering our room 😳. Think they need to regroup with their staff

If you like a dark room to sleep in, this is not the place!

Returned to the hotel and decided to check out the pool. When arriving there

Oh, I can’t forget that the elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs. With our grandchildren on tow, it was inconvenient. We had a lot of bags. I understand that things happen, but it was just an overall negative stay. The breakfast was unremarkable.

I highly doubt I’d ever stay at a different hotel in that area again. Additional Note: The breakfast was delicious.

Very good people and very nice environment

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was delicious and priprty was clean. It's only 10-12 min from Carowinds and an affordable stay. Definitely recommend.

I arrived at midnight to check in the staff was excellent. I was in my room no later than 1205 woke up the next morning. Had a fantastic breakfast. Came back that night. A nice quiet night staff again was excellent next morning Had breakfast. Another great breakfast. I stay was fantastic. I really enjoyed it.

Great location

It was very clean except for when we left in the morning the trash was over flowing and all over the ground.
