Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte/Pineville

I highly doubt I’d ever stay at a different hotel in that area again. Additional Note: The breakfast was delicious.

Very good people and very nice environment

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was delicious and priprty was clean. It's only 10-12 min from Carowinds and an affordable stay. Definitely recommend.

I arrived at midnight to check in the staff was excellent. I was in my room no later than 1205 woke up the next morning. Had a fantastic breakfast. Came back that night. A nice quiet night staff again was excellent next morning Had breakfast. Another great breakfast. I stay was fantastic. I really enjoyed it.

Great location

It was very clean except for when we left in the morning the trash was over flowing and all over the ground.

First room door lock didn’t work opened with the key but wouldn’t close then they upgraded to a “king suite” which was a larger room but had a musty smell and bugs on the windo sill and air conditioner

Awful experience. The elevator was broken and we were told by staff just be grateful we were on the second floor and don’t have to carry our luggage up more than one flight of stairs. There were cigarette burns in some of the items in our room. Awful area, awful hotel, awful experience. Do not waste your money!!

Not up to standards for a Hampton Inn. I was really surprised by the demise of the facility and how close it was to shopping centers and restaurants that are on a better scale than what I got. The bathroom had only a poorly constructed barn door that was difficult to open and close, and it was not as clean or in the best condition. Chipped paint, dusty floors, walls, and worn linens.

The things I did not like was that my room did not have a clock or a microwave oven. Everything else was good.

The breakfast is as the best part of the stay.. the room wasn’t clean still used wash clothes in the shower, caps missing off the toilet seat mounting so you could see how nasty it was. They where in the middle of cleaning carpets so it smelt like wet carpet all 3days and someone hammering on something tell 9pm one night I would recommend spending alittle extra not to stay here

Smelled horribly of sewage inside hotel

I am not afraid of germs-- This Hampton Inn smelled--they allow pets, it was dirty, floors not vacuumed-shower had hair, strangely---the drapes did not cover the window but the wall--- I will not stay there again.
