Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Pineville

Good. There is a pet fee; that was a surprise. Breakfast was just okay. Room was clean. I would stay again.

Coffee was not served during breakfast our first day. On our second it was served.

Friendly staff and the hotel is well maintained. If you are visiting someone at the Pineville Hospital, this hotel is in close proximity.

Close to highway, good breakfast, parking free. We will return when visiting our daughter in Charlotte.

Very nice and kind staff

We were evacuated with no conversation or explanation, we were told to come back in despite the alarms still being on and fire department not coming to ensure everyone's safety. The two ladies at the front were unprofessional and one wasn't even wearing a bra and her breasts were practically completely exposed from her blue dress. It was not a good expierence.

Aesthetically pleasing, clean, comfortable, no issues with the facility that I noticed. The only issue we encountered was the sink drained very slow. Everything else about the stay was great?

The room was fairly clean. Bathroom out of shampoo in shower. No bottled water in room. Air conditioning very noisy. Thermostat would not permit adjustment when needed higher or lower temperature. Maids did not clean room and make bed overnight into second day. Breakfast selection terrible. Out of decaf coffee and refused to make more. Would never stay there again.
