great Hot breakfast even to accommodate people who have allergy to soy and dairy with plant based oat milk. My spouse eats oatmeal and fruits I eat bacon and eggs ...both satisfied and happy did not

The pool was closed for our entire stay, which was the reason I booked this hotel (to enjoy the outdoor pool) :/ There was an issue with the AC in main areas, so our hallway felt like a sauna and was really smelly/musty--same with the elevators. Our room carpet was sticky under bare feet. Our room was very clean, which was very nice. Breakfast felt a little limited. I would not stay here, again.

Secured reservation online. Arrived around 4:30 pm and there was a line out the door with no rooms available. Waited about 30 minutes before something was ready. Big signs said POOL CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Posted everywhere were a full sheet of rules that certainly felt like they have had behavior issues in the past and were admonishing their guests. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. Breakfast was a mess because of a large group of children. They seemed very understaffed. I would have stayed elsewhere if I knew about these issues beforehand.

Everything was very nice and clean the only issue we had was our first room the TV did not work but the receptionist was extremely helpful and immediately transferred us to another room. Very happy with our stay

Everything was attended to, clean, and inviting. All staff were courteous and helpful. We had a great stay.

Good. There is a pet fee; that was a surprise. Breakfast was just okay. Room was clean. I would stay again.

Coffee was not served during breakfast our first day. On our second it was served.

Friendly staff and the hotel is well maintained. If you are visiting someone at the Pineville Hospital, this hotel is in close proximity.

Close to highway, good breakfast, parking free. We will return when visiting our daughter in Charlotte.

Very nice and kind staff

We were evacuated with no conversation or explanation, we were told to come back in despite the alarms still being on and fire department not coming to ensure everyone's safety. The two ladies at the front were unprofessional and one wasn't even wearing a bra and her breasts were practically completely exposed from her blue dress. It was not a good expierence.

Aesthetically pleasing, clean, comfortable, no issues with the facility that I noticed. The only issue we encountered was the sink drained very slow. Everything else about the stay was great?
