The staff was very helpful. Better than most hotels and other Hiltons when it comes to getting featherless and down things out of my room. I am allergic and sometimes have to ask 2 or 3 times, switch rooms etc. The desk people got it right the first time and were very gracious about it. Room was very clean.

The breakfast was underwhelming. The staff was nice. The location was nice though, but I don’t think I’ll stay at a homes2suite again. I’m sure it’s nice for someone though.

The location of the room over the driveway and closer to highway made for a terribly noisy night. Other than that the room size and amenities were great.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable from the time we walked in and into our room. This is one of the best hotels in Charlotte. The staff was very friendly, nice and welcoming. From the pool to the exercising room was very clean.. The breakfast was very good and they even had turkey bacon..I’m going to stay here everytime I visit charlotte…

Room was clean but bedding was odd...the mattress pad cover was between the top sheet and bedspread. When you're exhausted from your drive, that wasn't fun. Breakfast was kind of blah, fruit was only 4 bananas which had ripened to smoothie or banana bread level, oatmeal very runny. Just got a couple egg bites and a little oj. Staff very friendly!

The new room had wallpaper falling off the wall and horrible stains on the carpet. We are rewards members, and they were given tips for the second room. Very disappointed, we will not stay there again.
