Everything was Great and the Property Manager was amazing!!

The staff was great! Emma, at the front desk was delightful, helpful and responsive to questions and needs. I think all hotels should be more accommodating for people traveling and needing to check in before noon. Also, there should not be an up charge to do so.

The room was big. Breakfast was delicious I hated that the hallway smelled like dog. Our couch smelled like dog as well. Don't dislike dogs but I am mildly allergic to the fur. I think it would be better if they put the visitors with dogs on a separate floor.

I slept through breakfast. Upon check-in I looked at the number written on my card and thought it was 319 so I went to the 3rd floor. When the elevator opened, I saw that floor was clearly off limits (paint cans, ladders, and a hotel attendant telling me it was ok to be on that floor). That was very scary! I feel there should have been a do not enter sign somewhere (in the elevator, at the 3rd floor entrance or at least stated upon check-in).

We love staying here! The breakfast is over of the best in the area, sometimes it does need to be restocked a lot quicker. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They're quick to resolve any issues you may have. They're updating the hotel so there's some construction going on, but it's not been a problem. I love that they have a stove and the rooms are spacious. By far one of my favorite places to stay in Charlotte!

We encounter multiple roaches in rm 112. Reported it twice. Extremely disappointed. Will never stay at this location again.

I’ve always liked the area and the cleanliness It’s not what I didn’t like about the property but what I didn’t like was the fact that when me and my family arrived there someone outside smoking marijuana I don’t think that was appropriate

The hotel was really well maintained and the rooms were very comfortable. It felt clean and had great facilities. The location is excellent - easy to get to the highway and right near 2 shopping centers with great dining options and stores. I stayed with my teenage son on the way to drop him off at a college program and it was perfect for our weekend. Highly recommend.
