Upgraded to balcony room when booking. Had a 3rd floor room where the only view we had was a roof full of stones. Very disappointed as the other side of the building has Georgeous views

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ballentine. This was my second time staying last year I also stayed at the Ballentine in May 2025. The staff is great. The staff is friendly. The staff is accommodating. The room was extremely clean. The property looks beautiful. overall my stay was relaxing and well worth the money.

The staff was courteous. The property was immaculate. Breakfast in The Gallery was divine. It was great to have the convenience of off-site restaurants a 5 minute walk away in The Bowl.

Excellent place to stay. Will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful! Very little. The shower faucet was loose and in need of repair but that’s minor.

My sheets had bubble gum on them. In the middle of the night, I felt something sticky as was like ok maybe something on my foot, then felt on my leg. At this point I get up to see and there is minty bubble gum on the sheets. Clearly, they weren't washed before my stay from the last clients, even washed bubble gum would've not been sticky as it was. This was shocking, disturbing and disgusting. I will not stay again for that reason. Then upon leaving I'm told I have a charge at the pool bar/dining. I never used one facility in the hotel for a drink or food. I didn't know there was even a bar near pool until walking to Pistone at 7:00-8:00pm and it was closed when we walked by it. Clearly someone else charged or the people in the room prior to me. An overall disappointing stay fo0r the quality that was expected.
-
Bar attendant very helpful and friendly I wasn’t impressed by the spa services yet I did reserve the last appointment of the evening so maybe the masseuse was tired
