The staff member was super friendly at checkin. Very kind and welcoming. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but it looked great. The bathroom seemed to have a little water damage, though. You could see where there was some drywall damage and possibly even a little mold around the shower. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

The hotel was super clean. The staff was very welcoming and professional.

Geat place to stay. Very close and convenient and a short walk to the TD Amp Ballantyne and the Bowl at the Ballantyne restaurants. The staff members were attentive and accommodating as well.

I liked the property it was nice you can tell it’s a little dated but still nice. It was clean and the room was comfortable. I also like how helpful the staff were and the fire pit is a great addition to the property as well. I didn’t like how we booked a king room with a balcony that was a substantial difference in price and upon arrival to our room there was no balcony. When we went to the desk to make them aware of the issue they told us they over booked and didn’t have anymore rooms available and only wanted to take about $20 off of our bill when there was like a $80 difference. That issue later got handled by another staff member who fixed the price difference. I also didn’t like how our room came with passes for two for 2 complementary items from the breakfast menu and when we got downstairs to ask about it the next morning a older lady with salt and pepper hair had a passive aggressive type of attitude with us. As soon as we asked about the breakfast the first thing she said with an appearance based prejudice tone was “ITS NOT FREE” as if we couldn’t afford it either way. The whole time she served us she kept the same passive aggressive attitude. So with the complimentary items we had the choice of one food item and one beverage so we both picked French toast and apple juice. We chose to eat in the room to not have any more encounters with the bistro staff and when we took our first bites of French toast it tasted like a sponge with syrup and powdered sugar on top smh it was so disgusting that we decided to go out for breakfast. Other than those issues it was a decent stay.

Everything was great and very relaxing there.

Money was stolen off my debit card by hotel area manager, my Louis Vuitton earrings stolen out of room, and car was swiped. Not sure if the car incident happened at the hotel but this was the worse experience I’ve ever had visiting NC. I filled a police report. I don’t think anyone was taking my issues serious.

The moment we stepped in the building it was a fantastic experience! Front desk, staff/team , rooms super comfy beds, beautiful design. Menu and food were great too! Warren was just the sweetest ! I had a little trouble with the tv and he responded quickly and had it fixed in no time at all! I highly recommend this property! Maybe a complimentary coffee/tea bar in case you miss the breakfast hour. Not a big deal .

The only downfall of our stay was not being able to regulate the temperature in our room when we needed to.
