Ramona at the front desk was wonderful! I’ve stayed here a few times and every time she has been great. I wish every Hotel had a front desk staff like her.

Absolutely wonderful! This is the only hotel where I felt at home from the moment we walked in until we checked out! Ramona was amazing and the rest of the staff followed suit! Definitely recommend anyone stay here!!!

Excellent stay and service at Spring Hill. I was greeted with care and respect. The Hotel was clean ,and spacious.

Staff was VERY friendly. The room is dated and had a weird smell. Dead roach on the floor. It wasn't awful, but it's not on my list to stay here again.

The a/c was noisy and it finally froze up and quit working Saturday night.

Our overall stay was good. I will suggest that the parking lot gets a spot sweep. There was a good amount of debris/trash in the parking area.

Hotel staff were really friendy and the hotel was close to everything we needed, only let down was the cleanliness of the hallways and elevators. They were so dirty, not sure what was all over the floors but it was there when we arrived and there the following day, no attempt to clean it. The room itself was really clean and the beds are realy comfortable so that was a plus. Breakfast was ok, but very little choice and had to constantly ask for plates and cups to be refilled. I saw others having to ask also, the staff woud put down just a few plates and in seconds they were gone aagin. It was a really busy night so lots of people at breakfast, It just needed to be better organized. The biggest issue I have is the description saying the hotel was walking distance to the AMP where we were watching a show. It was very close but that would mean walking across the highway !!!. I feel the location needs to be changed, we booked the hotel based on the location alone and when we got there we had to laugh, there was no way you could get to it realistically, unless you wanted to play chicken by running across the highway !

The overall stay was excellent from checking in to checking out!!
