Staff was nice, great location, facilities were clean and I loved the gym The rooms could have been much cleaner. I was surprised that the room wasn’t cleaner especially with it being a Marriott hotel.

Parking was very easy. The hotel felt safe and well cared for. It was a one minute walk to The Bowl and restaurants which was very convenient.

I loved everything except the way I was treated upon check in When we arrived the lady at the check in desk was very rude. Not what I expected from Alfot There was a conflict about the total amount and the way my husband and I were talked to was beyond me. Hopefully management can go back to the time I checked in and see who was working and coach that staff member a little more on what it means to work in customer service
