The only problem with my stay was that there were a lot of guest and only one working elevator.
-
Room was super clean and plenty of space to move around. We were expecting the room with the walk-in shower but was not disappointed with the tub or the size of the bathroom.Everyone was so helpful. The unfortunate thing was one of the elevators was out of order, the AC was very loud and the breakfast was pretty much continental with a price but took nothing for the experience. Walking distance to way better choices. We will share this with family and friends. Thanks for sharing your space with my family.

I absolutely love this place, its super convenient, so beautiful, very modern, and the hotel is in a 1 stop shop and entertainment location without using a car

The place is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Room had one towel for two people said they ran out of towels charged 20$ to park in garage that is free to park in

The rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms has a nice modern feel. The bed was kinda firm for me, I prefer a little softer (that's just my preference NOT a complaint). The hotel and area is very safe and I love that since I was on a solo trip. Its plenty of restaurants in the area to enjoy, a nice swing area to walk to and just take in the moment. It was definitely worth the money for me.

So to start out. Do not believe the pictures online.i paid 275.00 for one night. I had been traveling all day so i got to my room, put my bags down and immediately left to get something to eat. Upon returning i finally had a chance to sit down and take everything in. Thought i was getting a suite "nope" it was a regular room. Said it had a city view, even paid a little more for the city view. They are very deceiving. It leads you to believe you can see the city of charlotte from the window view. That is not charlotte, just other hotels and restaurants next door. Hold on though you couldn't barely see the hotels or the restaurants next door due to the windows being so dirty, on the outside of the glass. Once I got in the room, I went to turn on the lamp and there's an actual human booger on the lamp. Pictures to prove it. I had to use a room towel and rag to wipe down the shower and counter top in the bathroom before i could use it. I swear the room looked to have been used. If it wasnt for fresh rolls of toipet paper id swear to it. I go to get ice from the ice machine. Ice machine doesn't work. So I start to head to the lobby, to speak to management, but cant get on the elevator because evidently there's a youth basketball tournament in town and the boys are literally dry humping each other and the elevator door as well. I swear this is the truth. I noticed when i checked-in. It was so loud the receptionist apologized for pretty much screaming to talk to me. She said that tyese kids were to be accompanied by a parent but they werent. Parents were outside. Kids were running everywhere throughout the lobby. I finally get on the elevator and there is a sticky substance all over the elevator floor as if someone spilt something earlier. I finally made it to the front desk where I noticed they had the sanitation grade posted. It literally said 100. Im calling b.s.

I really enjoyed my my stay at the beautiful hotel

Breakfast is 20 dollars. Snacks were 7 dollars for a snickers bar. Everything else was nice. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I was just caught off guard by prices that I can pay but won’t because of the principal like the snacks lol. I’m not paying 8.00 for 1.00 size bag of chips.

Location There was a power outage that started midday Saturday and was told that power would be restored but that never happened. I had to check out early because of this inconvenience and it took a week to get the refund for my unused night and they did not compensate me for this inconvenience, and not to mention the bathroom door was broken in my room. Which is very dangerous as it was a heavy glass door .

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are nice but a little small but overall a nice place to stay.
-
Nice hotel but wallpaper in the room was coming down. It was uneven, had puckers and/or improperly put up. The bed was very comfortable and modern amenities. The sofa appeared broken. The room is in need of a closet with space.

The worst customer service…. Bad all bad!!!!

Beautiful hotel, lovely location. I only have one slight issue. The sheets from the previous guest wasn’t changed. It had period stains on the sheets. The hotel did loose power during our first day of our stay which did cause a slight inconvenience from curling my hair before going to church. Other than that the stay was good.

Tim and Austin in the front desk are always a delight! They are professional and friendly, I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel.

The stay was pleasant. Staff are helpful. There is parking nearby in a garage. Restaurants and shops within 5 min. walk.
