The elevators are out of service a lot. One never worked. The other only worked occasionally. When I tried to call the front desk for an issue in my room, no one answered. I walked down and found the young lady outside because the lobby was so cold she didn’t want to stay inside. She was, however, very kind and helpful. For a newer property there were a lot of issues. The location is great, and I come to the area frequently, but with all the other things going on there I will probably stay elsewhere.

The breakfast was much better than a lot of hotel free breakfasts offered. I can always count on Holiday Inn Express for a comfortable and clean stay.

Really loved our rooms and amenities. Staff was friendly. The breakfast needs some work and the fruit infused water was sour after not being changed after 2 days being the same. Other than that it was good.

Breakfast was well attended to and replenished, the patio was clean and welcoming, staff were easy to reach when dealing with issues Mess on the hallway floor was left for hours before attended to by staff, only 1 working elevator, room was not serviced during our stay despite no signs being on our door

We really enjoy the friendly front desk staff and responsive maintenance and cleaning team. The breakfast is well attended and replenished. The patio area is welcoming and the rooms are a comfortable size. Only 1 working elevator, sometimes smells of Marijuana in the halls and patio area, beds very high for hip replacement persons, had to ask daily for service even though no signs were on our door
