Room: the room as extremely clean! We enjoyed having the living area and the additional amenities that other hotels don’t have (full fridge with a freezer, dishwasher and a stove) Breakfast: the highlight of breakfast were the flavors of waffle mixes (strawberry, lemon, and original). There was also a “make your own omelette” station, a variety of cereals, yogurts and muffins. Pool: the indoor pool was great especially since it rained one day while we were there. The water wasn’t too cold and the jacuzzi was at the most perfect temperature

Cleanliness, staff, breakfast and Social hours on Mon, Tuesday and Wednesday is above expectations. Healthy breakfast and very helpful staff, we have enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks here and no complain. Good for family, rooms are clean and sufficient to stay longer as they have small kitchen and appliances to cook and store things as needed. Queen size beds are cozy and comfortable. Shopping outlet, groceries and stores are near by. Overall value for money and one can enjoy stay with family.

This hotel was in a great location right off the interstate and not far from the airport and uptown. It was clean and quiet. It had breakfast and food options and the pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. We would stay here again.

Madeline, at the front desk, was a welcoming personality from the moment I walked in and very helpful with other small inquiries along the way. All in all, a good choice I'll return to.

The room, the hallways, the lobby everything was super clean and tidy and didnt smell like a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Looking forward to our next stay!

What stood out to me was how friendly the front desk staff was. The rooms were also very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks for such a great stay.

That they serve breakfast and do a social gathering on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7 where they serve light refreshments. Nothing everything was great

My family and I stayed for 4 nights, our room didn’t get cleaned at all. We had to place towels and trash outside the door. Bathroom light kept flickering,Housekeeping didn’t speak English. Breakfast ended super early, the halls smelled. Plug-in’s in the hallway can help with that, along with cleaning the carpet. It was dirt stains on the walls in the suite, so I took towels to wipe down. Plus the last night of our stay the power went out and last almost the whole day. Me and family left and came back around 1 am when the power was restored, and we only got partial compensation for that night.

The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet. We appreciated the water station in the lobby. Noon checkout!! We discovered that one of the bedroom windows was open which caused that room to feel very humid and courtyard sounds to be loud. The coffee station in the breakfast area needs its own space. The waffle bar lines blocked access to the coffee. Also, the coffee station should stay open after breakfast.

Breakfast was good. The room reeked of urine. The floors in by the door and kitchen were sticky. It was extremely hard to get comfortable enough to sleep. Fortunately we were exhausted.
