I definitely enjoying my stay and the location is walking distance from The Bowl. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious .. 10 out 10 I will definitely return for another stay. Nothing

I like the indoor pool, hot tub and breakfast. My wife and kids enjoyed the stay. It was also in a good location surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping centers.

The property was not safe or secure. The hallways stunk with marijuana odor. It was so pervasive Saturday night it was even smelly in our room. People stood at the exits with the doors propped open that night too. And honestly, how do they make money when people take to go boxes out from breakfast. Not even sure if they were staying. I really expected more from this property.

Our stay was just as we were passing through Charlotte on our way further south. The stay was great and we had zero issues during our stay. The outdoor courtyard was wonderful for us to get some fresh air and stretch our legs after a long drive.

The front dest staff was exceptional. No mater what we asked, they accommodated and sent emails to confirm. Tanya was awesome! Trash removal was on point. The breakfast staff was always on time. House keeping could have done a little better for checki-in. Items were left in drawers in two different locations. The vents could have been a little more cleaner. Light cleaning did not include the floors. I did the best I could using paper towels.

My family and I had a great time. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, the breakfast and the indoor pool.

Nicest staff, amazing breakfast, the rooms were very clean and nice, and the pool/spa was comfortable. We will be staying here again!

We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was reasonably priced. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again if we were needing to stay on this side of town.
