Location was wonderful. Price was good for location. Breakfast was good. Courtyard was really pretty. Restaurants and shopping nearby were easy to get to. We enjoyed that aspect a lot having small children. The room was musty. No ventilation in bathroom. We were on first floor and found a lizard in the shower one day. Unpleasant. We were offered another room but it was our last night with two littles and it wasn’t worth the hassle. Also no housekeeping on weekends. We needed towels and were told to go to front but the person was gone.

Very friendly staff, comfortable common areas, probably the best breakfast I've had at a hotel/motel. 94.9 Spectrums's tv guide is not the best.

They have a great breakfast, great staff, and very pleasant common areas. I found the "on screen" tv guide to be a little dated but put that on Spectrum.

The staff is very helpful and polite. The breakfast offers variety and there’s no additional charge. There’s no restaurant on the premises but several places to eat within walking distance. The rooms are clean but relatively old and need some upgrade like the carpet which smell very moldy and gives the room a musty odor. Also when the AC fan is on that also smells because they probably have not been serviced in years. I constantly had to spray Lysol to kill the smell of the carpet and the AC. Next, on weekdays the crowd is more professional and on weekends lots of kids for sports events but things quiet down by Sunday. Lastly, there seems to be folks at this hotel with housing vouchers so you will get a flavor of that as well. Overall, it’s a good place to stay but not if you’re looking for something upscale.

This is my 2nd stay with Staybridge Suites in Ballantyne Charlotte area. It is the only hotel I plan to revisit when back visiting family. The location is perfect for me. Very accessible to many fine restaurants and shops. The outdoor garden patio is peaceful. The main lounge area is welcoming and relaxing. The staff always professional and pleasant. The rooms are clean, bed exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend the Staybridge Suites in Ballantyne.

Everything was great. Had a stay with my grandchildren. They loved the pool, and breakfast. The room was very clean and quiet.

the room set up was good, very good the bathroom stool would not flus properly and the shower drain was stop up i had to unclog that and the air condition unit was extremely loud noisy and the days that it was hot outside in the building the hallways was terribly hot the place need cooling in the halls getting to your room

Front desk staff super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet clean and have a lot of different options, everything was fresh and good.The rooms extra cleans super comfort and relaxing . The only thing was the breakfast staff was really bad customer service but I imagine I will too if I have to cook so early lol
