The staff was quite responsive and that made up for the other concerns. The toilet was constantly making noise and the rack in the shower was not secured properly.Kids were constantly running in the halls. Workout room had no way to control temperature with front desk assistance.

Roaches in the kitchen, sofa bed gross and stained in the first room, had to switch rooms. Second room was better, passable. Staff was helpful, breakfast was solid.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was very spacious and nice.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff answered every question I needed answered. The breakfast was hot with scrambled or hard boiled eggs, waffles, sauage and more. Staff was constantly asking to help with whatever you needed.

The ac was not working in our room and they were not able to fix this, we ended up having to move rooms but the staff was fast and amazing about getting us into another room

The facility was immaculate. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was surprisingly amazing. (The bacon was very overdone but you could skip it) So many other choices...scrambled or hard boiled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal with lots of add ins, waffles, bagels, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juices and more.
