My wife and I stayed for about a week and were greatly impressed with the Inn. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The property was very well maintained and we loved the quiet evenings. Our grand daughters enjoyed the pool on one day.

The room was nice, the walls are a little thin though, and during the day it was a little annoying with the surroundings confrontational people arguing and screaming at one another. Also, the smell of weed when returning to the hotel was absolutely horrible. Literally smelt like someone was walking up and down the hall smoking. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty spacious which was nice. The pots and pans desperately need to be replaced, and the cleaning team really needs to make sure to leave dish soap for washing the dishes. Was able to catch a cleaning person second day in to obtain some, but really don’t like leaving a dirty kitchen. Hotel was convenient to the highway which made it easy to get in and out. Overall was a decent experience, other than hearing other people arguing all weekend long. Would stay again if I needed a place for a few nights.

The air condition was very noisy, so we had a hard time sleeping. Ear plugs were given, but this is not a proper solution to a serious problem.

the titanic expo just a short drive away and our youngest loved the pool which was clean and well maintained. We throughly enjoyed the full breakfast buffet with so many things to choose from. We will always choose this hotel whenever we come to Charlotte to visit. We also left a few items in our room and called the hotel and they found them and we paid to get them back in 2 days . We do think it would be nice to have a larger trash can for the kitchen since ours was overflowing, but we made it work. We hope to be back on the near future and will book a room here again. Thank you!

Roaches in the kitchen, sofa bed gross and stained in the first room, had to switch rooms. Second room was better, passable. Staff was helpful, breakfast was solid.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff answered every question I needed answered. The breakfast was hot with scrambled or hard boiled eggs, waffles, sauage and more. Staff was constantly asking to help with whatever you needed.
