Very good

I was filthy!!!!! After the 4th day of politely begging for them to at least mop my floor as I was afraid to walk barefoot! I politely, but with a little authority as a payong customer, demanded that they clean it or provide me the tools to do it myself, the manager, Chris, fabricated a scenario that would allow him to eject me and counteracred my call to 911 with his lie!! You see I am a devout follower of Jesus and I do not drink alcohol at all! Yet he started immediately sayin, "Your drinking is getting out of hand and you are disturbing others" When I saw this dispicable tactic I immediately called my Police Officer Son to cover me!! When the officers arrived, they saw through his lie! While there was nothing they could do by law, they went against his wishes to have me immedially removed and gave me the 3 hours I requested to leave!! For this reason, I will never use Booking.com again!!!!!!!! EVERTHING!!! I was so angry that I answered this question prematurely in the previous box

Bad

No breakfast that I knew of. They didn't bother me at all. The only issue was other guests kids being loud but that's expected.

Exceptional

Absolutely dirty and bad smell hotel. Worst stay in my whole life.

Room is totally different from the pictures

Dirty .. sheets were not cleaned and actual Room is totally different from the pictures

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. They never cleaned or changed towels in 10 days. Worst experience.

Very bad conditions. The room isn’t cleaned out, even the toilet, there were sh*t still in there when I arrived. I had to refuse to stay and they insisted not to refund.
