Clean No restaurant no steam

It was very clean No hot water the outlets didn't work or the USB

Room wasn’t clean and had mold

Upon check in the associate was very friendly Ok. Here goes...fire alarm broken, cig burns, roaches, spider, vent in bathroom ripped out, ambiente light/headboard power supply cord ripped out, extremely loud mini fridge from 1952 struggling to live in guess, blankets made from paper towels i think, electrical socket blown out and cracked no plug for sink. When nighttime manager addressed regarding situation became immediately defensive and confrontational I assume he thought I wanted a refund ( hospitality industry not spirit airlines or the DMV ) beyond that its similar to every other motel 6 ive ever seen beyond the one by Disneyland glad they met my expectations upon checking in at least the brand name is consistent. Its motel 6

The staff is great and management is on site. The rooms are very clean. There are great maintained green spaces and benches to enjoy nature. N/A

It is very clean and the staff have all been professional and kind. There is a lot of green space and seating to enjoy outside. Nothing.

Large room and good equipment. Plumbing failure sink and toilet. Room lighting is low.

The room was decent. There was a big dead roach lying under the sink and the water from the shower didnt drain well.

Also the plumbing was bad every time i used the restroom i thought it would over flow and all i did was pee…

Clean Good

Convenient location, low price, staff was friendly. Lack of hot water for the shower. Bathroom was in need of repair, falling apart at base of shower tub. Someone had smoked in the room previously.

There was a water bug in the bathroom and when I say it's the largest one Ive ever seen, it had to be at least 3 inches long. The paint on the ceiling was falling off in 6 in pieces, the over all smell was very musty or more of a black moldy smell.

The rooms have been updated.
