The place had several dead roaches, and there was hair in the refrigerator here in the bathroom sink here in the bathtub.

The front desk person was very disrespectful and rude and loud, I had to leave the property he also had a discriminated behaviour very sad

For the price the room and amenities were minimal and acceptable. But I didn't expect to need to place a cash deposit for the room on arrival. I wish this had been abundantly clear before I reserved the room, because I would have gone somewhere else. Being forced to place a $30 cash deposit for the room, not only felt like being nickeled and dimed (because I had to accept the ATM fee to withdraw money at the motel), but it also immediately made me feel like I was in the ghetto. And the manager reminded me that the deposit was subject to being forfeited if I was so much as a minute late checking out. For some people I'm sure these things are no big deal, but I'll avoid the Rodeway Inn moving forward. I've had so many seamless and smooth motel stays over the years, that I don't need this.

When I showed up for my reservation, the desk clerk told me that I still have to pay him because Expedia does not pay them. So he tried to make me pay for half of my visit. I reserved two rooms and he tried to only give me one. He screamed at me in the lobby and told me that I was calling him a liar because I was trying to show him my receipt from Expedia, and he just was refusing to listen to me. Worst experience I’ve ever had, and on top of that he refused to give Expedia clearance to issue me a refund. Stay away from this place at all cost.

It was so dirty & had drug addicts all around the place. Look like something out a horror movie

My husband and I never even got the chance to check in. The front desk employee was extremely rude when asked about the questionable cash only deposit that he demanded that we give. When I explained that I booked online through Expedia and that I can put a deposit on my credit card, he took out a list of guest names stating that it was a list of all of the people who gave the cash deposit and would get it back. He then further stated that if we didn’t like it, we could go elsewhere. That is exactly what we did. We would not recommend this location to anyone due to the rude employee engagement, questionable cash only ”policy”, and the cleanliness of the location upon arrival.

stayed for 4 nights tv wasn't working at first the manager came in an fixed it, also there was a few bugs in the bathroom.

Charge an additional fee of $50. Not mention on the website. Even if you don’t have the extra $50 for them to hold and actually stay they will not refund the money you spent on booking the room. Little man at the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional

Hotel room was falling apart. Damaged television and sink faucet. Only good thing was the shower.

Deposit always different then day of check out they give you a different amount

They tell you you have to pay a 25 deposit they you get back at check out.. then turn and don’t want to give it back .. the next day I booked with them the deposit went up to 30 at checkout they didn’t want to give me my money back…

Spotless room and great staff! Will recommend them to anyone I know!

Check-in staff was very nice. Room was as expected for the rate. This was our 2nd night at this motel. My kids and I were getting ready to checkout and this man I had never seen came to our door TWICE before checkout time. The first time, he knocked. The second time, he used his key. He was also VERY angry with me for smoking- In a room designated for smoking. (Or so I was told at check-in both nights). Turns out, he was working in the office that morning. Very rude. We came back that night and he demanded a $100 deposit as opposed to the $25 I had paid the first two nights. 0/10 would not recommend if he is working.
