Studio 6 Suites Charlotte, NC - Tyvola Rd/Executive Park

This was the most horrible experience ever! The room that we were supposed to stay in already had someone in it. I did not feel safe here at all! If I could have given it a 0 rating I would!!!

It was a perfect quick stay while visiting family

We pulled up to the property in a cul-de-sac and decided not to stay. The property had some pretty shifty looking people working on cars who stared at us as we pulled in, the outside had trash everywhere, the outside of the property was not kept up, we saw a whole window out on the bottom floor, kids were out playing on the street on bikes- obviously a whole community of families were living there, homeless people hanging out in the woods and by the hotel. I am sure it was lovely inside and the staff was probably pretty nice but we did a hard pass on this one and ate our nightly rate.

No towels, toilet paper or shower curtain, they gave me a room that was held open with a rock.

The entire place reeked of weed and let’s just say there was a permanent reserved parking space for the Charlotte metro police department.

As we pulled in the parking lot I was disgusted. Upon checking in the staff was not wearing a shirt. They couldn’t find the room I had booked. Then I was charged for a security deposit that I haven’t gotten back yet. DISGUSTING DIGUSTING.

Had a reservation 2 weeks in advance and was refused a room when I arrived saying they were full and to call who ever for a refund. The place was disgusting outside and inside police showed up while I was trying to get help from the desk and did nothing so unprofessional and the hotel is disgrace

very dirty dirty room, there is still dust, the hallway and stairs smell bad, the wall above the sink is hollow, there is no trash can in the room.No microwave.

Refused since they were overbooked even though we have a confirmed booking weeks ago

No organization my room was sold before i got to check in.

And the place smells to Marijuana all the time.

This hotel has roaches. Other than that great staff. Room was clean when I walked in however I woke up the next morning and roaches were everywhere. I checked out that day.

I will NEVER choose this hotel AGAIN. Beware it's a SCAM! They took my money for something that wasn't my fault. Please, please be careful when/if choosing this place. It was a SCAM, you took money from me, and it wasn't my fault that your rooms weren't clean. I asked for a supervisor there wasn't one available. Of course it was a foreigner!
