Room were clean, just need to pay atention to streaks on the walls and bathroom ceiling. other that I enjoyed the stay. the receptionist were welcoming. Complimentary cookies were warm and good. Will definately stay again. Only complaint Would be parking is challenging.

dead bug and clump of hair on bathroom floor thru out stay.huge stain on rug at entrance. very obnoxious oder in room.staff said it may be from "a spill" prior to our arrival. but still put us in room.

These are basic housekeeping issues that should have been addressed before a guest checked in. Overall, a disappointing stay that did not meet my expectations for the price or the Hilton name.

GET WASHERS AND DRYERS TO USE FOR FREE HERE SO I DON'T HAVE TO PAY A LYFT $35 TO TAKE ME TO A LOCAL LAUNDROMAT EVERY TWO WEEKS. ON TOP OF THE EXPENSE, I HAVE A BAD BACK SO THIS IS NOT EASY FOR ME!!

The A/C was so loud it would wake us out of our sleep whenever it started up so we were unable to sleep uninterrupted for 2 nights.

The sheets on one of the beds were dirty. They had blood stains. No pool towels available at the pool. Only two towels were in the room for 4 people. It took a while when towels were requested.
