Will visit again!

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. We walked into our first room and immediately asked to switch rooms, even though we were in a rush, because it was so dirty. The second room wasn’t any better. The carpets and sheets were stained, the bathtub had dirty footprints, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, and there were random stains throughout the room. The bathroom vents were also covered in dust, blowing particles into the room every time the air came on. We paid around $300 a night, and it was a complete waste of money. This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was friendly, room comfortable, and able to walk to a few dining options.

The property had a mildew odor throughout the hotel, especially in our room ( 115). We have allergies and they were effected. It smelled damp and moldy. The shower and room were clean, however the mildew smell was overwhelming. Not much staff could do.

The experience was terrible. The hotel was in really bad shape. The elevators were scratched, dented, and looked physically damaged. The carpets on the first floor left a lot to be desired. When we walked into the room, it smelled like mold. It was so humid and musty that the wallpaper next to the air conditioner was already peeling off, and the entire room looked neglected. I stayed in the room for exactly one minute, went back downstairs, asked for a refund, and thankfully found another hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I think the hotel chain should inspect the property and seriously consider taking the franchise away from the current owner.

Very clean room.

Not enough people at the check in desk. No matter when we walked by there was a line of guests with suitcases. When we checked in they offered us cookies. When they ran out of cookies they shrugged their shoulders and sorry. Our TV didn’t work. Other guests said the same for theirs. The bathroom sink drain was clogged for our entire stay. It’s an old hotel trying to cover age with a few new fixtures. Example we had a water pipe running out the side of the vanity by the toilet and into the wall. And the shower tile was not finished at the bottom.

We ended up here as a last minute choice. A company booked us at a less than desirable hotel, which appeared like a motel, for 2 days. Needless to stay, this Doubletree location was a breath of fresh air. The lobby was inviting, warm, and elegant. The hotel bar and restaurant were cozy, and beautifully decorated, though we did not order anything. The pool area was nice and clean. We enjoyed time there on a hot summer day. Our room was clean and spacious, though it could use some updates. The baseboard was missing off one wall and the shower had a little rust. The toilet seat could definitely stand being replaced and you had to hold the handle longer than normal for it to flush. These were super minor things that didn’t bother us any. The bed slept great, the air was cool, and most importantly, we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again! I didn’t take many pictures and none of the room unfortunately.

The absolute best stay I've ever endured at any hotel EVER!! my family really enjoyed the pool and overall the place was beautiful...the room was very spacious and had tons of room for my 1yr old to roam around where he liked!!! Definitely will be staying with Hilton double tree again and highly recommend to everyone

Cookies were great!

Breakfast was delicious but not included. I paid for a courtyard view and had no view whatesoever but the room was clean.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of our suite. 10/10 will return to this location.

My room was not cleaned on the 3 days I was there, however, the cleaning staff attempted the 1st day but I was not ready to leave. I guess I should have told the front desk on the mornings I was prepared to leave.

Check in took forever, breakfast price is outrageous and it’s quality is bad

The best thing about this property is the cookie they are the best I’ve ever tasted in my life 95% of the staff is rude we had five guests. They kept giving us 2 1/2 towels. Blankets on the bed were dirty tub was stained toilet run slow so you were unable to flush it efficiently. The carpet was stained along with the chair. Ice was not available on our floor. No microwave in the room. I would not stay at the property again. Kasa is the best place to stay in charlotte

Dale and Michelle were amazing and great with their customer service! Met all my needs and so friendly. Dale even went out of his way while on his way to break to get extra towels for me room.
