Last minute stay was great. Front desk was very nice, personally checked to make sure our room was clean and ready beca we arrived so late/early am. Will book other locations!

i enjoyed my time at the sonesta, it had everything I needed.
-
It was the worse hotel experience I ever had, from poor plumbing, black mold, fixtures falling from the ceiling and not maintaining the pool area.
-
I paid a lot and the rooms and pool were not giving what I paid
-
The food in restaurant was very good.
-
The breakfast you will have to pay for; however, the property and staff are very friendly!!

Our first time staying at a Sonesta hotel and we were very impressed with this place! Especially the morning/day time staff, both ladies were so helpful and informative about the area! Brandy is a very necessary representative of the place I haven’t met a more personable front desk agent ever! Just amazing staff all around!

Not at all what I expected for the price I paid. The chair in my room was absolutely disquisting. I had to call and ask them to place a blanket over it because I could not stand the site of looking at it!The bar was nice though!

We almost died from a Copperhead Snake!! We were sitting by the pool and found a 5 foot Copperhead snake coiled up directly behind us. My wife notified the pool personnel and they said "what are we supposed to do about it". While she was doing that, I cornered the snake to get them away from the 5 or 6 kids in the pool, thinking a staff member was coming to take care of it. When the snake started lunging at me and hissing, I grabbed a nearby side table and tried my best to kill it, after numerous attempts, I finally killed it. I thought the staff would Thank me, or show some gratitude, or comp us a free stay or something but instead they didn't say a thing, and decided to open the pool up to everyone first thing in the morning without checking for baby snakes or other snakes. Im not blaming them for the snake, but when YOUR guest risks his life to help YOUR property and the other guests that are there, I think maybe something is in order.

Only a nice place to stay i enjoy it everytime

It wasn't his fault, but the long wait was frustrating for us since we already had a 3 hour flight delay earlier in the day.

Staff was friendly

Very good stay for an overnight trip.

We normally stay here but this visit was not it. We saw a small cockroach and large ones inside the building and in our room. The staff was unpleasant, had an attitude and making rude jokes about guests. The food is always great in the restaurant and the bartenders and servers are very pleasant but the rest of the staff is rough. Sad to have to take this off the list of nice places to stay when traveling

What I did not like was the hight of the toilet in the accessible room. It was way too short and had no ADA bars to assist the user sitting and getting up. I have bad knees, my husband had to assist me every time. The shower had one short bar and no seat. The king sized bed was comfortable and true to size. The pillows were perfect. We usually have to ask for two more. The outer blanket was very light almost like a waffle knit. We had to ask for another one. But I guess that’s because it’s summer.

Have to pay to park.Walked on property and was greeted by the hundreds of roaches at the entrance. Elevator had crusted over lo mein in it. First room had black mold in the shower, a extremely badly stained couch, very dirty countertops, white fluid splatter on the headboard, blood on the wall, and in the lamp shade. Front desk was very inhospitable and cold but changed our room. The next room was cleaner, but still questionable. The hotel seems in a dilapidated state generally. After getting up to our new floor we saw a blood smudge on the wall, then the lamp in the hall, door ways.. etc. Like someone had stumbled bloodied. We followed the trail but lost it in between rooms. That night we went for ice and found that our ice room had a rotted ceiling with a pipe leaking onto the floor and machine. We go to the next floor for ice and upon walking into the room we feel a wave of dizziness. Need less to say well scrambled out of there without ice. The next day we go to a concert and return to the hotel for our last night stay. As my girlfriend is getting ready to shower I see a black dot on her leg.. then another.. and another. Our room was infested with fleas. That had been the final straw for us and we went down to the lobby to check out early. The front desk attendant was quick to interrupt, shut us down and send us on our way. I was told someone would reach out the next day via call or email to get some kind of reimbursement. Its been a week. This hotel is a pig in lipstick.
