The hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful

Great stay. Everything was clean and bed was so comfortable.

The Hotel was very busy didn't know if it was because of the holiday, or a lot of airline people uses that hotel, plus the bar food is limited options, the bartender was cool but he don't free pour, other than that it was a good stay_

Bad experience, here my 1st room smelled really bad, the phone and wifi didn't work, and the furniture was dirty and stained, so they moved us to upgraded suite which was not a upgrade the same room on a higher floor and the the same thing only good thing is the room was cleaner. I will never go back to this hotel again and would not suggest anyone here.

The chair and the TV stand were in terrible condition; the bathroom was also quite dirty.

The place was nice. Everything was well kept the only downside was paying $16 for parking a day. There was no free breakfast, but other than that it was as the photos had shown and we had a good experience.

Clean room, kind staff, & comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was ok, the people who worked there were nice. They need to update and do better upkeep. My room was next door to the ice machine that did not work as well as 3 other floors. The coffee machine did not work, and the TV did not work. We requested help on the TV twice; 2nd time I was in shower never used the TV. Not sure why but you have to pay for parking too.

Only issue is I paid for parking not knowing it was added to the room rate

There was no microwave in the room.

Las habitaciones estaban bastante bien, la cama y los baños. Pero lamentablemente dos noches no hemos podido dormir, por gente corriendo, gritando y pegando portazos de 12 a 5 a.m. A la mañana siguiente, había latas y botellas tiradas adentro del acensor, y los pisos sucios. Hay gente de recepción que me atendió muy bien, pero un chico jóven y sin uniforme, me trato de bastante mala manera.

Staff was nice No microwave in the room. I was told breakfast would be free but ended up paying for it

The food was great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The only thing is that the air conditioning was too loud! Very loud! I cannot sleep well in the night.

Location Dirty, maintenance never showed. Requested towels due to long hairs being folded into ours. Never received those. Linens left in hallway 2 days straight - same spot.
