The lobby was beautiful but the crows hanging outside in the lobby was smoking pot and loud. Felt more like a motel crowd. Found dead cockroaches on the floor in the hallway. Another customer was at the front desk complaining about the same issue. Rooms were old and my son found hair on the bed the second we walked in. We complained and got refunded and went to a different hotel. The pool area didn't look horrible but the string lights and turn picnic are was not well maintained. 90% of the string lights hung were out.

pool was amazing with a bar (deep pool!!) and the lobby was beautiful

They should tell everyone at check in that you need a key card yo use the elevator. Also, $30 for a buffet breakfast is a bit steep. The room was clean and comfortable bit there is no maid service when you only stay 3 nights. Lastly, it would be great if the ice machines on each floor actually worked.

Somewhere to sleep if you need a place to rest your head. The common area when you enter through hotel seems well kept but the rooms are not.
