Nice clean room amd friendly staff

During my stay, I had a bad experience with my room. There was long strands of black hair throughout the entire room. The hair started from the door entry, leading to the bathroom and the main area/in front of the bed and window. I took pictures and captured videos of everything. I went back down to the check in desk to show the receptionist but there was a really long line at the desk. My boyfriend and I checked into our room pretty late around 10 PM due to our flight being canceled because of inclement weather. We did not want to wait in the line because we had been traveling from Barbados for several hours. We were super exhausted, overwhelmed and tired from our previous flights. We were happy to finally be back in the states and Charlotte North Carolina is one of my favorite states to visit but that all changed after seeing long black hair strands everywhere. You can tell housekeeping never vacuumed or swept the floor. I was put in a bad mood because I had to take the initiative to wipe up another strangers hair after spending $90 on our hotel room for the night. This is very disappointing.

They canceled my reservation without notifying me as to why it was canceled on the most busiest day in the city. Mind you we were five hours away and was attending a concert.

Room was ok - Bathroom facilities were not up to par. Toilet was very very low to the floor - no Kleenex - lighting was not sufficient

I was reading the reviews beforehand and there was a few about a smell but I didn’t think too much about it until I got there and realized the smell they were talking about was MOLD. the rooms are covered in mold all over the furniture. The staff is excellent though.

The first room they gave us was clearly not vacuumed or was the hallway to our room. We couldn’t believe the hair ball on the floor going into the hallway-clearly not vacuumed in awhile. They did give us a new room which was ok. I had to go for towels as there was only one? The pool was green…and couldn’t be used which was disappointing with the summer heat. I was told management would call me to resolve the situation but they haven’t yet-

My companion’s reservation was cancelled without any notice after the hotel attempted to charge her card early, even though she booked with “pay later.”The room was not clean: dirty tub, stained floors, mildew smell from the shower curtain.

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $100-$200 for a better place!

The hotel is outdated. My room had a broken toilet, no hair dryer, and blood stains on the comforter. We had to take the stairs from the 4th floor multiple times, because of issues with the elevator. There was some kind of issue, as soon as we got checked in. The fire alarms sounded, and everyone had to evacuate until the fire department came and rectified the situation. The water in the pool was green, which made it unusable. Also, the front desk staff weren't the nicest. I will never stay at this hotel ever again, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The hallways and room had a weird smell, the pool was not open and the water was green. It looked like it has not been open for awhile. Cleaniness was poor. The one elevator they had broke twice during our 2 night stay. We ended up leaving after our event the second night and decided to drive 5 hours back home at 1am.

Only one elevator was working (in a 6 floor building) so wait times for the elevator were long. Hot food at breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs and sausage patties) were not enough for the number of guests at breakfast. We went up the street to Starbucks to get hot breakfast sandwiches. Also, there were more vehicles than parking spaces so multiple vehicles parked on the grass or double parked in the driveways.

It was ok, not great, but ok.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Only one elevator was working and there weren’t enough luggage rollers available.

It was ok Toilets too small, size for children and didn't flush well.
