The beddings with blood stains all over, shower without brushing cups, no washing soap, no dryer, no shampoo, no conditioner, TV not working, the management arrogance to the extend that he asked me to take the stained beddings to the washer downstair.

The sanitary ware in the room is a little too old and needs maintenance.

When I first arrived, there were large groups of people hanging around outside, and it was immediately obvious that drug activity was taking place. Many individuals appeared to be under the influence, and the entire environment felt unsafe. The hallways and common areas smelled strongly of smoke and drugs, making the property extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Inside my room, the problems continued. The doorknob was broken and needed replacement. The sinks did not work and there were clear plumbing issues throughout the room. The overall condition of the property was poor and not maintained. When I went to the front desk to request a room change, the staff was not accommodating at all. I explained that I had two guests with me and asked to switch to a suite with a couch. Instead of helping, they tried to charge me an additional $75, even though I was only staying for one more day and checking out early. It was 1 a.m., and they were still trying to upsell me for a room I would barely use for 10 hours. The employees came across as greedy and completely uninterested in guest satisfaction. This property is unsafe, unsanitary, and poorly managed. The conditions are unacceptable!

There was a bad smell of smoke all around the hotel. Even if they charge 50$ for non smoking refundable if your room.

The spacious rooms Blessed the staff. They need to learn to communicate and not be so controlling/patrolling.

The other guest were nice. They lied and never returned my $50 deposit

Noise all night. Clicking and dripping sounds all night. Continuous sounds of water running LOUDLY. Tub retained water during showers. Toilet was difficult to flush.

The location was okay. It was closer to uptown The room was dirty, smelled like mildew. The hallway on the second floor also smelled bad. The bedsheets wasn’t clean and even when they offered us new bedding, they were still dirty.
