Had to check out within 2 hours because we realized there was no hot water. Room had an odor and the coffee pot was filthy. Staff wasn’t helpful, as it seemed she was just trying to get back to the personal call she was on. And they wouldn’t issue a refund. I strongly recommend you don’t even consider this place. I wasted hours trying to get a refund.

Location n the dog tag u put on the door Everything that was advertised was out of order stayed over 7 days no washing machine no exercise equipment working hotel was under construction tape offs every where got attitude when trying to exchange towels in check in system was down my room was already paid just pet fee n deposit couldn't be paid at that moment told them to let me know when ur ready so I can make funds available after 4 days I was like maybe that was their way of saying sorry for all the inconveniences that was waved.. Then day before check out started to receive treating email just didn't like how I felt after all that

They was remodeling the hotel so some areas and door entrance was blocked.The room we had the carpet was terrible had a dead roach in the bathroom.Looks like the room wasn't finished but it was decent enough to rent out to them..However it was late when we checked in so we dealt with it for the night but we did change our reservation to another hotel.We we're celebrating our 1s yr wedding anniversary and this was not the place for us to celebrate.I booked through Expedia and they was great about moving us to a better location.I Do think once the remodeling is done it'll be a nice spot.If they had advertised they was in the middle of remodeling I would've choose something else from the beginning

The new floors My sheets were dirty, i couldn't leave my room because the system was broke at check in, traveled out of town to visit my family but I my husband and i was stuck in our room because your front office close at 11pm

Rooms are dirty and smelly. I had even to buy air fresheners to kill the smell. The fan in the bathroom broken. BBQ was broken. Phone to call front desk broken. I wasn’t even aware the place is under construction. They need to do all the rooms as well.

Construction being completed for the Lobby, had to check in at the back of the hotel. It was not very easy to find. Dishwasher still running when we got to our room. Some ghetto people screaming and yelling the next morning before 7am. I realize the hotel has nothing to do with that but it was aggravating just the same.

Everything in this hotel was dirty or previously damaged and a staff member barged into our room at 8am, left the door open, and left without explanation. Terrible experience all around.

It should have been noted on your website that the property was completely under renovation, workers everywhere, dust, but the actual room was fine.

This location does not have breakfast of any kind! Its actually construction going on in the main floor of the hotel. And pets are allowed .... the room smelled of a dog, an i was not traveling with pets! The only clean part of the hotel was the remodeled hall ways second an third floor.
