Proximity to UNC Charlotte The AC / Fan in the room is too loud and couldn’t sleep at all in the night. As it recycles every 15-20 minutes, the ac unit noise was unbearable. It sounded like an industrial unit generator.

The upstairs people were walking heavily at night. There could be an overhead light that would have been nice. It was a little dark, but overall it was nice

Nice size room. Breakfast was adequate. AC was pretty loud. Shower could use a secure grab bar.

I got there super early and was tired and didn’t feel well. They let me check in early with no problems. The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. My room was clean. I had not a single issue from the time I checked in until the time I checked out. I will def stay again when I return!!

Location Ceiling Fan and they need sheets that fit the bed.. Had to get up 3 times to put the sheet back on so I was not laying on the mattress ?
